She would have tied it between herself and Bob. Ties can be quite deadly here. And then that leads to the bigger question, where does Bob vote since Pippy is his only viable counter?

She didn't vote Zenge because his wagon dissipated + she said "she didn't want to vote him out D1". It also would have brought even more scrutiny as to why she didn't self-prez onto Bob or the other 2-ers.
