OSU does provide insurance but I’ve heard it’s not the best and pretty spendy. I don’t have first hand experience with it as I still get a little over a year to mooch off my parents. However, after that time I plan to go on OHP. It’s cheaper and better coverage. Most of my friends who don’t have insurance opt for this instead of Osu’s policy.I was also wondering about health services. At my current university I’m on student insurance but I can’t really seem to find a lot of info for OSU’s student health insurance/pricing? Is it just covered in the health fee? I have to get labs done every 2-3 months so that’s going to get expensive if it’s not covered.
