End Day 7 (lynch title was wrong because I still can't count Jesus Christ)

It was cold. Disgruntled and annoyed at the setting, our players were eager to kill someone and get off of this godforsaken mountain. The target was obvious: @DVMDream. With promises that they could leave earlier if they decided early, everyone seemed pretty happy with the decision... until halfway through the day.

One person whispered doubt... and that doubt spread exponentially, until everyone was pulling out their waffle irons. Mr. Kay and Watch rubbed her(?) (his? axolotl?) face in disappointment that no one else besides Peach had realized frying pans are obviously far superior to waffle irons.

It came down to someone taking it upon themselves to just shove an angel into the water beneath them. With wet wings in the frigid water, he was unable to recover from such a rude action. Our heroes had lost their godly messenger.

I've seen wolves "call each other out early" and then back down, if it seemed they could risk the call out not getting any traction and getting a wolf killed by doing so. Then they can try to claim village cred later for being such a great wolf-hunter that just happened to make the wrong move, when the wolves they've called out flip wolf on a later lynch. Obviously they hope that doesn't happen, but it is something to sow and then reap if necessary.

Earlier had wolfy vibes from her. Since then she seems to have backed off that stuff, but I can't help but wonder if it's because I pointed it out.

I'll have to review what I said about him to even know where I stand. Pippy made a point about a 180 he pulled that seemed wolfy, he put up a decent defense. Everything else about him is sketch, but that could easily be NAI.

Not sure if I'm tunneling or what. Don't think I'm good at reading WZ. Possibly I've never had an "aha! wolf!" moment with her, just village, so I always hesitate to trust her.

This explains why I was confused about Kara still playing as evidenced by her likes, and I thought Allie was dead/not dead, and keep being surprised that she posts at all, like a ninja I didn't know was there jumping out. I stand by the idea that hydras make things confusing. Hydras with a sub by a dead player? Yeah that sounds tough to read. Um.... Why are we not looking more closely at this quiet hydra?

More quiet than usual. If I were to suspect a converted rez, I wouldn't put my money on the loud weird one and write off the quiet one, and nevermind in this example I'm a rez being considered for convert. If I'm rez convert hunting, this is the best place to look. But does she seem like a convert rez? Well, a change in gameplay after rez doesn't look good. Nevermind she died D1 and was rezzed N1. I still think the tone has been off for Mixy's meta overall.

Already said what I had to say re: quiet and not making much of an impression. Gave some more substance today after being called out. That's sorta null, it doesn't do much to say whether he's a villager or wolf that course corrected, except that wolves are more likely to tread lightly in the first place, need calling out, and then course correct. On the balance, wolfy vibes. Won't forget about him any time soon.

Village lean. But unsure if I'm being swayed by some sort of w/v interaction, vs the sort of bizarre v/v stuff that goes on between Pippy and WZ. Hard to say because I hate that I'm mostly going off of "villager Pippy" feelz, seeing a lot of logic in her content, and her interactions with Dubz. Don't know what else to go on, but leaning village on Pippy just always feels wrong, I guess. Same with Mel.

My feeling is that the EON extra kill was to balance all the villager abilities/items that seem capable of killing wolves or blocking kills.

Come to think of it, I was in a wolf pack with genny that was a pretty basic open setup (and fun!) that included an alternating night wolf power of some sort to counterbalance village abilities in some way. Unless I'm confused and on crack.
