AM, spurs and Finn are all folks who were on the Clem vote with the zenge wagon early. There wasn’t a reason to bus like that and stay there.
AM flat out doesn’t bus unless there is a mechanical reason she needs to (like wolf partner confirmed mechanically outted)

OK, now that we have finally gotten a clear Bad Guy (TM) it is time for me and Mrs. Spurs to watch some Good Place 🙂

I'll come back with some thoughts, probably tomorrow, which means I'll probably post 10times more before sunrise

If you picked up on something she said or did and said “oh that makes sense for village” that’s not a mechanical clear. A mechanical clear is like I seered them or something of that sort. I don’t want to out powerful abilities or anything but I am a little concerned it’s the former and not the latter

Genuinely just got myself going in circles today. I’m a “write my thought process down” kind of player and it gets me in trouble sometimes

It’s not that. She said something she only could have known if she did what I think she did (and she did).

My big mouth is five seconds away from getting in trouble and I don’t want people to go back digging and figure it out.

It’s not “village tone”. It’s “I know she’s village”.

If I take my village leans off the table that would leave me with with squeeb, CG, or Barkley so most likely one of them.

I have yet to go back and evaluate them in relation to Clem though and have not decided where I will vote next.

I had Clem as a slight W read D2, just because I felt like his mason claim kinda came in out of nowhere and he volunteered that info unprompted. What was the purpose of that. I stayed on Clem even when people started piling onto Zenge towards end of D2. Speaking of Zenge, I need to start looking at the people who voted for him. We know he's a sandbag, but the way his wagon just took off felt sorta....what's the word...forced? Artificial?

Although this makes me hmmmmmm my thoughts. With only two pages of posts and a couple wishy washy "clem is sus" claims I'm trying to decide if it's distancing or just true unsureness.
 
Also their original reads list provided zero baddie reads, which could be them not being able to artificially come up with baddie reads because they're the baddie.

I would like an updated reads list from them for sure.

To be fair, I don't think I've ever played a game-as 3p, villager or wolf-where I've come straight out the gate D1 with, "ah yes, So-and-so feels wolfy."

As for the reads list, it's a work in progress. If I don't post one before bedtime, just go ahead and yeet me D4. I think that should serve as a sufficient incentive.

How are you bloccing people is Clem was not red? Isn’t it more just not paired with Clem instead of being totally clear

Although there’s also nothing saying that Clem was working alone. Especially since his comments about being a mason and then neighbors makes me wonder if there was some truth to it in that he was working with someone

I was also wondering if it’s possible there’s multiple factions and Clem WAS working alone, which is why he didn’t mind risking a fake claim.
 
Spurs: Still V. He was onto Clem D1, mostly based on vibes and didn't back down on his gut instinct even when he was getting side-eyed for it. I feel like w!Spurs was more of a blend-into-the-background kind of guy and didn't stand out too much. So far, I think he's my most comfortable V read.

Rae: Was V, but her back and forth on Clem has kinda made me backtrack. First, she says that's she nonplused that people are ok with Clem lying and asks why he's still around. Proceeds to vote for Clem. Ok, that checks out. When morning rolls around, she starts waffling on if yeeting Clem is the right thing to do and twists herself into a pretzel. What makes it even more weird is that Genny-whom she wants us to trust is V based on....reasons. Valid, everyone can keep secrets-was next in line to be yeeted. Seems like a bit of drastic 180 in the span of a few hours.

Kitz: Also very much village. Despite being a noob, she's doing a fantastic job asking questions and speculating about mechanics. I think she was one of the first to suggest maybe we're in the Bad Place before Barks set off the mass claims. I do worry that with her practically broadcasting her ability, she might be tonight's NK.

Finns: Slight V. She was also one of the first ones to speculate that this is the Bad Place and that there are baddies around and has been operating under that assumption. She didn't dive too deep into the mechanical weeds and I feel like a wolf would want us to go there just so we're all confused. She seems to have her head on straight and doesn't let all the white noise distract her from the goal.

Scream: V if I squint. Without my glasses. And from 100 feet away. At this point, I can't exactly pinpoint what makes me say village over wolf.

Samac: Another V that is now on my sus list now that I've taken the time to check things. Kitz has already outed her lie about being in the same faction as Apop. And Apop is confirmed V. So Samac is at best, a meddling 3p, or at worst, a wolf. I haven't played with w!Samac, but this is normal for her? Making up bullshirt claims so she can yeeted or killed N3? And some of the things she's said has just felt...off and I can't quite explain why.

Barks: V. Yes, I am very much biased and am hoping and praying my mother is V so she doesn't get yeeted.

AM: Initially I had her as N because there were people reading her both W and V. While her actions have been villagey, I wasn't sure if this was part of her wolf range. From what I gathered, AM is a stellar villager and someone we want to keep around. Her not voting for Clem doesn't bother me a whole lot since it was obvious he was going down anyway. I'm ok with putting her V for now

Dubs: Hmmm, where to go with Dubs. I disagree with her take that D2 was wasted on Clem. Orange at least has to mean something bad right? Even if it's not outright wolf? I see her point where we could have had some more fruitful discussion if all of us just didn't park on Clem, but I don't know how we were gonna get that with a chunk of us already deadset on yeeting Clem. At the same time, it didn't feel like Dubs was trying to save a packmate and she's been known to bus packmates if the situation called for it. But then she gets on AM's case about not voting for Clem because, "what if the votes need to be unanimous?" Very slight W for now.

Genny: Still W. I haven't seen anything to change that perspective.
 
Soulmates has been mentioned pretty early in the game and has popped up here and there. What context does soulmates have in the show and what role could it play here? Could that be a wincon?

It took me a good 90 minutes to go through a majority of everyone' posts and I have come to one definite conclusion: I'm such a SLACKER. I've got maybe 2 pages and then we've got Samac with-*counts on fingers*-11 pages and it just keeps going up!

I think I read it in another thread that you went to the SDN championships or something? Huge accomplishment, by the way. I just assumed you were a good player and since you're statistically more likely to roll villager if you play a lot of games, I'm gonna take that chance. My reservations about marking you as villager mainly came from the fact that I have no prior experience with you and didn't know if this was within your wolf range. But assuming you're not wolfing, your poking and prodding gives me village vibes.

Or am I wrong and maybe I should peg you as wolf instead?

MU champs, but finale showed me I still have a lot of room for growth. Thank you anyway though. I was just checking since we haven't played before.

I'm moreso talking about D2 back when he was a serious counterwagon to Zenge. I was fine with the Clem wagon both days. I just felt my vote would be ultimately inconsequential when literally everyone else was already riding him.

Agreed. From what I've gathered, Finn, AM and Spurs voted Clem early ever since he lied about being mason. It was Samac and Dubz who kicked off the Zenge vote. Although I'm not sure if they were serious or just joking.

Then Rae jumped on, bringing Zenge into a tie with Clem to see how Zenge would react.

I break the tie by voting Clem.

After Barks' suggestion, we all start questioning if this is the Good Place.

Clem self-prezzes by voting Zenge and we're back at tie.

Samac comes to a realization that in order to get into the Good Place, village most likely has to meet our wincon.

Scream votes Zenge. Spurs then jumps onto the Zenge wagon too, followed by Genny.

Sorry if it's already been answered-I'm tired and don't want to go trekking through all those posts- but @screamqueenbee and @genny Why did you vote for Zenge instead of Clem? Spurs seemed like he was just trusting the majority when he changed his vote.

I did not like the reads list they came in with last cycle. It was wishy wash but there was something last night in the interactions with Clem I remember liking but don’t remember what it was. I was tired.

I’ll go back through those for a better interaction check I was just searching last night for someone to say something like “I’m not paired with Clem” or “Clem and Dubz are paired”
