Nate's rationale for his vote strikes me as a reach. Forgetting that someone is playing when they haven't gotten involved yet is a pretty ordinary thing in a Mafia game.

Your "overreaction plops insta-vote" seems like, itself, an overreaction -- or perhaps better stated it's just a reaction. No questions, no anything, just *vote*. I'm not sure there's a solving motivation in that.

Mk. It didn't really strike me one way or the other either. On first blush, it seemed like an "easy" vote to make, in the sense that it doesn't step on anyone's toes on their home turf and of the newcomers I probably have the least, I dunno, "clout"? But on skim I saw his further reasoning which seemed fine, so we'll just see how that develops I guess.

clem's entrance is fine for him, although i'm partial to townreading nanook early simply because i enjoy his style - expect him to be more readable as time goes on

Basically all the players here are some degree of sketched out by True except for True and yourself, still contemplating if your defense of him was power wolfing, white knighting, or genuine

The other two just because I haven't really seen anything from them in terms of content yet (keeping in mind I'm still multiple pages behind)

i don't think anyone here has enough experience with me to say anything on the matter, so i will offer unhelpful self meta - i will absolutely do it but it'll noramlly be in a trumped-up aggressive way to minimize the case of the person pushing me

i had somewhat anticipated that accusation toward my vote, but truth is your vote on me wasn't a consideration - i thought at the time it might've been something but the lack of elaboration on your part led me to assume it was a joke. was the vote an expression of a serious read?

that is true but the only context i've seen her in is excessively large games where she's very lurky and gets killed for lowposting usually - have not seen in the context of a regular game

dyachei explained how they read her but i'm not sure i'd be able to apply the secondhand knowledge accurately. but if i were to try she is town so far.
