San Antonio sent out promptly at 12:01! Haven't heard from TAMU yet, either. Just interviewed at Houston, so didn't expect to hear from them. Fingers still crossed though!

That's mostly true. If you didn't hear back already, chances are you won't for the rest of the month. The next round is in about a month and a half which is usually after the first commitment/deposit deadline, this is for UTSD, can't say for other schools.
