Ok so right now I am most suspicious of all the people who thought actually lynching me might be a good idea... but that is likely my grump mixed with poor noob responses. (Little doeling was laid out flat looking like death warmed over when I went to check on her so... yeah, tonight will be fun. She is standing and bright again once I made mama feed her again.) Jilary though... I think I just come off sketch to her and she to I, but I will keep watching that.

I had planned to switch off Pippy, but none of the front runners are ringing alarm bells for me yet and she hasn't said anything to pull me off a neutral read yet, so I am still ok with it.

Did you also notice I did not once switch my vote to you? I just said I could understand the votes for you based off you not coming back. You are back now and the comment about how your avatar change should make is so obvious you are village is really weird. But again, I'm still not voting for your right now.
 
I'll admit that I've been a bit overzealous in this game so far (as in, posting a lot-ish, kind of jumping on AM yesterday, whatever else I can't think of right now). Honestly, I've just been looking forward to playing this game since I was eliminated from the last one. I don't have a whole lot going for me (like, IRL) right now, and this is what's keeping me busy and distracted from my depressing excuse of a life right now. I'm not looking for pity, I'm just being honest. What I thought would be okay things to say clearly weren't, and I'm trying to learn from my mistakes. I want to keep playing and would like to do what I can to redeem my reputation.

Please ask me any questions that you think would help clear me. Tagging those who don't seem to like me very much right now to make sure they see this. @SkiOtter @finnickthedog @nyanko

Last page should suffice pretty well for the shelter vote. Said some weird things, made up a reason for voting lotf and later said it was a joke and because she changed her avatar to cdos, but just the last page is where you can read it all if you want

The thing is though, it's totally ok to say really whatever you want in these games. It's just that your comments are possibly going to be read in a different light than what you intended. Sometimes, when things like that happen (jokes that get read differently than originally intended, etc.) the village gets a wolf lynched out of it.

I'm sorry things are sucky in real life, but in the world of WW, saying that you made up a reason for lynching person A to get person B to stop asking you questions is very sketchy. It doesn't mean you have a bad reputation, or that people don't like you. It's just us playing a game.
 
Sheltermed, it doesn't look like anybody is going to ask you questions. My advice to you is to look and see why people think you are sketchy. Answer that. Explain why a villager would have answered that way.

Another path: explain why we should keep you. Do you have an ability that the village will want? Would lynching you hurt the village? (No more noob seers getting lynched by village please)

Any way you can "prove" you are village?

What it would take for me to switch my vote is you seeming more like a solid villager and/or someone else seeming more sketchy. Unfortunately neither of those things has happened.
 
Oo, another option: game solve.

Who do you think is sketchy and why? If there is a more obvious wolf, or even a more sketchy person, show us.

I don't see how I can make that happen other than role revealing, which sucks the very first day. I guess what I will say is that though my role doesn't play a huge hand in the game, it's helpful for wolf hunting. But no one's going to buy that at this point, so why even bother?

Again, I already did this. Raf asked me for reads and I gave them. I think it's hella weird that STL hasn't had a lot to say today, usually he's pretty adamant about something at the beginning of a game. I read AM as a bit sketchy, not for a specific reason, just the way she talks. Lyra had a weird train of thought earlier that someone pointed out. Jil's stats thing was strange. Nothing was BLARING wolf to me, but that was how I saw things.

It's fine lol

I agree with this. SM is coming off like I did in the game I was a villager where I was super over the top and got lynched. Again.

We have had huge shifts in 5 minutes. It is never too late to try, but honestly, I would bring that up sooner, like when the tide started shifting your way.

This is never a statement that helps village. You do everything in your power to avoid lynch, and if people are stubborn but it is lynch close, you reveal. No one should ever die not having revealed unless mechanics are such that you aren't revealed at lynch close due to a rez mechanism.

Okay. So further reason why I'm hesitant to reveal (yet going to reveal anyway because yolo) - while I'm not a wolf, I was specifically told that my role is something that isn't looked upon favorably. That probably gives it away, but I suppose that's the point.

The animals circled Sheltermed. “We know that it was you who killed the giraffe!” they accused. “No, I didn’t! I’m not a wolf!” she pleaded. But it wasn’t enough. They attacked, feathers flying. When the dust settled, on the ground, dead, was @sheltermed , who was a
Neutral Pigeon who would win with either side, simply by surviving to the end.

The animals scampered back to their enclosures, no closer to finding who murdered the poor giraffe.

Haha that did confuse me, I was like "... I didn't say you played that game?" Anyway, I'd say the aggression is similar to how she was D1 that game as a wolf, but considering how it didn't go so well that time I'd expect her to change things up if she's a wolf again. And IIRC she's usually pretty talkative as a villager as well, so she could go either way for me.

I don't know if I actually clarified this, but please refrain from posting strategy between lynch/ night close and the posting of the write-up. Additionally, do not share night results before the write-up is posted. I will add this to the rules, but I wanted to reiterate this/ remind everyone of this before the night closes.

Can you put night close deadlines on the lynch write-ups? Just to remind those of us with brains like a squirrel whether it's 8AM or 10AM or whatever?
 
The night was anything but quiet. The Elephant was trumpeting, the Primates were howling, the Big Cats were roaring, even the Sloths were… making their own adorable slothy sounds. It seemed that everyone was out and about tonight. But worst of all was the Camel who would not shut up. He was bleating and moaning and groaning, he was definitely annoying all of his neighbors.




It wasn’t until morning, when the zookeepers were making their rounds, that they found the Camel, or what was left of him. His body was mangled, limbs torn from the torso. He would’ve been unrecognizable, if it weren’t for the talent of the zookeepers. Who was this Camel? Dead is @thedrjojo, a camel with fantastic hydrating humps, but otherwise ability-less.
