After the events of the tie last night you all seem awfully quiet as you arrive to class today. Who doesn't love chocolate? Alright, everyone who just raised their hands go hide somewhere. You shouldn't admit to that. Just nod your head and say, everyone loves chocolate. Well last night it seems someone didn't love chocolate. Our poor chocolate chocolate chip cookie was found crisped beyond all recognition. She'd done a great job of following instructions from the chef too. Which baked good will be the next to go I wonder.

Dead is @StayingPositive2017, chocolate chocolate chip cookies, a vanilla villager.

Seems someone else was busy last night as I could hear the sounds of someone being shoved into something last night. Seems they survived though as no one else is missing. Not quite sure how that worked out.

Alright, stop staring and get to work. I want to see some masterpiece creations today. And waffles, don't give me last minute waffles. They don't count as a baked good. Make sure there's no hoarding of ingredients today either. You might find you're better off sharing. GET TALKING!

Initial thoughts reading this was going to be someone was shoved into a locker middle-school-style and missing for the day à la freezing people in the noob game, but alas no one is missing. Secondary thoughts is that there is a vig item floating around, which was combined with the protection apron that Mixy mentioned yesterday. Tin foil hat theory is that the person shoved is someone like Finn who has some people believing she’s a wolf and others believing she’s village. That or the apron RNG’d to a wolf who used it on a fellow wolf.

3) I raise the point that the double-rez-item makes me wonder if that's really what's going on, or if there is something sketchy in sketchville, because most games have one rez, not two. Some games definitely have two, so definitely there could be two rezzes associated with the same item. Or even three. Or four. But the more you add the more stupid it gets, and I'd like to think Kaydubs wouldn't go off the rez like that.

All I'm saying - and I get the impression you're swerving to avoid my point - is that yes, it may be an item with 2 plus (although probably just two) rezzes, but for every rez past 1 it gets more and more questionable as to whether that's really what's going on.

Side tangent time.

My mom's side of the family is Swedish and before every holiday feast we say Swedish grace. My dad, however, doesn't know it despite being with my mom for 24 years. He's also very silly. So every holiday he attempts to blend in (key word: attempts) and says some variation of the Swedish chef (common one is "put da shikky in da bowl"). Always manages to make the person next to him giggle.

So, going with CDO is probably village since she would have revealed rez for earlier village cred if wolf, and VMH is probably village for vouching for CDO's story at that time. Back to thinking.

I had the apron last night, used it on myself, and was told that it was needed as someone tried to melt me.

I think we would have seen the "freezing" mechanic already if that was at play. Definitely could be a vig item. Not sure what you're really saying with your Finn theory. I think a scenario you're missing is that the wolves may have had a 2 kill night, to make up for the rezzes.

Or there could be an item that in wolf hands allows them to make a second kill ateempt. I've seen that before.

Given that no one actually went missing I assumed that mechanic wasn’t present in this game. I only mentioned Finn as an example of someone who has drawn both suspicion of being a wolf and suspicion of being a villager. Basically what I was trying to say is that if it was a vig item, then whoever had it tried to target someone they strongly felt was wolfy. And now you’ve confirmed that the apron and the other item (or ability, or whatever) were used on the same person.

For now, I think the Mel/Snowy thing needs to be completed. Also snowy never answered who they'd lynch besides me and why from yesterday. Paws also died who had been voting for snowy, maybe it's coincidence, maybe not.

Not sure where my lynch vote is going today.

Would like to hear more from Snowy, also Allie for the somewhat defensive reaction yesterday. No evidence thus far of double kills so I'm a little bit skeptical of them popping up suddenly.

I assume it’s a one-time-use per player and gets passed around via RNG. ETA: And also assume protects a player from night kills. Sorry, forgot to answer your actual question.
 
Not too sure how items work, but I had a whisk and I used it on Paws last night. Sorry paws! Maybe it causes that person to take the bullet for someone else?

For now, at least.

Last game, staff wielder didn't know how items worked and made one up. Not psyched about a new player using an item and reportedly not knowing how it works.

Edit: ninja'd by VA; that was pretty fast for pulling the description but also could have been pre-manufactured like I helped Staff do in the noob game.

If you don’t mind my asking, why is that suspicious/wolfy? Is it simply because lurking is wolfy, or is it something specific to Finn that makes it wolfy? I haven’t played enough to get a good meta read on hardly anyone, so I wouldn’t know.

It's more of the lurking aspect. I expect finn to be quieter because that's how she plays, but she also seems to not be phased by any votes on her.

You expect me to be quieter, but you're all for testing out Mel's BS about me being wolfy for--essentially--being quiet? And how in the world do you figure I'm "not phased" by any votes on me? If anything I've been fairly aggressive in defending myself and you just said that Mel said I only respond when called out which presumably you agree with or you wouldn't be running with the vote. Furthermore, if it was true how would not being phased by lynch votes be wolfy behavior? Did this game change when I had my back turned? Are wolves no longer concerned about getting lynched?

The item didn't mention what it did? And if so, you thought it was a good idea to just use it at random not knowing what it did?

EDIT: Nevermind on the first question because I now see the description was posted. But would still be happy with an answer to the second question.

Still kinda sketched out: They've been quiet and not very contributory. On the other hand, they did vote for me, which I feel like gives villager points at this juncture. I'm sketchy as hell. I give Pippy villager points for the same reason. I don't think wolves would vote for me because I should be a fairly easy lynch vote and I haven't shown much insight (I led the lynch on Mel.)
