Guys, I'm the one person you know couldn't have lynched someone last night. I was not trying to imply that cleared me completely. But you actually know ~something~ about me . Can we please use this lynch to actually get some new information?

While I did bring up what was in the write ups about being mayor maybe having someone to do with ties this game, I was mostly focused on the idea that being mayor is an overall liability for a wolf. Yes, it's a liability for villagers too. It's a liability all around. I am defining liability as = it ends up with a player being killed, mostly for being a mayor, or a villager mayor that screws the wolf pack vs a point of scrutiny. Sooooooo yeah, still side-eyeing people that put themselves up for the role.

If people don't give a damn about this and want it anyway, OK. It's feeling like people are arguing this isn't even a thing and there are no examples of what I just freaking said.

Forget it.

kill AM

I'm not going to be able to deal with this play style this game, and the other times I felt AM was like this and annoying me this much, she was a villager.
I'll admit I kind of checked out of the earlier conversations about the mayoral election. But do you really think AM would have wanted to be mayor as a villager, knowing she'd probably be looked into the first night? I guess unless she was an unseerable villager, but the roles hadn't gone out yet when she self nominated. AM freaks out enough as a villager by itself, I just can't really see her tacking on the mayor "responsibilities" with it. Unless she's going for the shock factor 😱

Cray, are you really going to vote to kill the mayor first? There's no one sketchier than the mayor, whom I hope was checked out last night? You're really that convinced?

although I will say it's some WIFOM to the max, you can see how being mayor can get a player a big fat pass in the game

she'll be a prime conversion target later, I'm sure

Unkill glam

kill SAR

Because I feel better about her lynch then caiter or sporty

*edited to change lynch to kill because confusion
this is giving me feels.... I dunno, maybe because it feels like sheeping and with not very fleshed-out reasoning.... I mean, why do you feel better about SAR's kill and less so about Sporty (Caiter I can see that the case for/against has been pretty well outlined unless someone has some other take on the sitch that hasn't been covered)

But like, they don't. Or at least, they shouldn't.

And no offense to AM, but she would not be at the top of my list during convert hunting, mayor role or no

Your entire post before voting for her was about the mayor... how did you forget she was mayor??
because my memory is awesome... I started playing right when I woke up... I got crappy sleep and haven't had coffee yet like a *******.... truth is I'm feeling antsy to get caught up on thread and drop a vote so I can be sure I don't miss deadline while I make a cup of espresso, which is fairly time consuming

Why's that?

I found her initial post wolfy (like trying to say something so she's on the board for having talked)

omgomgomg

I'm actually on the tree

I have arrived

You can never get rid of me now

And half of her comments are about how confused she is. And she waited a long time today to drop a vote. Not great feels.. but some feels.

Wat.

Actually that's a lie. I have a theory. But I don't think the conclusions you have drawn are correct.

Actually this comment makes me feel a bit better. What do you think of it AM?

Overall, I think she posts similar to WZ (less but same style) and therefore she is probably the opposite affiliation then I think she is (I always get wz wrong).. so don't go off my thoughts on her 😛

Cray, are you really going to vote to kill the mayor first? There's no one sketchier than the mayor, whom I hope was checked out last night? You're really that convinced?

Yeahhhh I wouldn't kill the mayor first day either. Usually they are looked into in the first couple days. So unless she is unseerable, not worth it. Plus see what powers she has and whether she uses them for wolfiness or villagerness

But like, they don't. Or at least, they shouldn't.

I've lost to convert AM at lylo twice (or was it original and then convert?), so yeah, she's not the top in that each time I read her correctly, but I did read her too late, and before I could raise the alarm bells effectively

Hey guys, so overthinking mechanics here, but did we elect a mayor or an alpha wolf? Because technically mayor is of the village which in this game is bad. Did we vote to convert someone D/N1??? Wouldn't that be a crazy mechanic?

Note I don't actually think this is the most likely scenario, more poking fun at all the reverse terminology messing with my brain this game.

I don't like the SAR, Caiter, and SP wagons, although I appreciate that Snowy expounded on SAR, and I can't say her points aren't valid about SAR

Can someone explain like I'm 5, what was it about SP's earlier logic that gave them feels?

I haven't learned to read SP, and generally have to rely on others to clue me in villagery SP, and I have some PTSD about SP votes based on thin reasoning

KC don't start fake(?) convert hunting this early, please -- I already have enough problems reading you

she is probably trying to subtley defend one of these peeps.

Yeah, I'm trying to defend Caiter. Well spotted, I guess?

I can PM with her and I pretty strongly feel that she's a villager wolf so I'd rather my strong read doesn't get killed the first day night.

The whole "Caiter because she's the most likely person to want Ski dead" logic. Didn't like it, didn't agree with it, felt like maybe a villager trying to set someone up for a fall. Just didn't feel... real? More fabricated logic than actual logic.

That being said a wolf could also just use weird logic to justify a vote so it could mean nothing, like almost everything in this lovely game.

Caiter because I'm going with she is trying to overcompensate by doing the opposite then ignoring everyone for getting mad at a tiny thing she did last game.

Sporty because I haven't found anything she's said sketchy. She asked to clarify the was ski a wolf or a village, which seems like something a wolf would say rather then the informed minority that knew her affiliation.

And I see where she's coming from with the caiter vote. Like if caiter wasn't a strong wolf player and she knew ski could read her well, it would be smart to kill her off. But a lot of people who love wolfing like to try and fool their closest friends so it wouldn't be a good argument.. but if she's not confident in wolfing it is an alright vote (Im saying this but don't know whether caiter likes to wolf or not)

*wolfing in this sense refers to wolfing

Just sharing what my brain realized when it was trying to reverse all the "village/wolf" statements to understand what people actually meant and realizing that mayor could also be a reverse term. I did note in the post that I wasn't actually suggesting we go there, but had to share the thought when it occurred to me.

This. Would have given zero ****s if she had voted for me. But her saying this like it's sound logic rubs me the wrong way. And her to keep insisting it's the reason gives me feels.

OK yeah, thanks, this was really helpful (not being sarcastic just in case that didn't come across)

noooo don't get cray back on the AM train 😛

ah makes sense. Couldn't figure out whether village buddies, pm buddies, or just you can read her well in these games.

Unkill SAR
Kill Weim

in case the former isn't accepted

I will point out that exactly what has happened in this thread yet again supports the principle that NKA (typically night kill analysis, here it would be day lynch analysis) is typically a completely useless exercise in WIFOM reasoning

In fact, I'm side eyeing anyone trying too hard to use a villager target to make a case for a player being villager

we're all smarter than this, I think

Did you mean village red or green here? cause i can't tell.

Okay, in the interest of people thinking Caiter should probably not be lynched. I don't like the idea of lynching Sporty at this time. And I am definitely a good guy...

4th option for the invariable waffles?
I could waffle to weim for very minor reasons, cray is also kind of giving me some feels

Any thoughts on the leaders?
I think SAR feels a little too flippant/sassy to be her village self, and I think Sporty feels a little different than the last game and dropped a lazy vote. I have concerns about others, which is why I haven't voted for any of the leaders in the first place

Lol sorry not sorry 😉

Tbf though, I think people should listen to this. Pippy can read me well. She knows I'm not a bad-guy. I can't power-bad-guy worth a damn and I especially can't be a vocal bad-guy
