Did anyone who interviewed with DQ got in?

From last year's thread: On Friday (second day of calls), there were 4 acceptances by phone (1 from HH) and 4 by portal update. So, my prediction is a batch of AM phone calls followed by portal updates (for all decisions) sometime in the afternoon.

Did you see how many people were accepted on the first day? So we can get a sense for what % of the acceptances will come tomorrow?

I'm in the same boat as you. While I'm frustrated and somewhat sad, I'm going to hold out the smallest sliver of hope that my interviewer will make a few more calls tomorrow morning. I don't really expect anything to come of it but I won't give up all hope until I see the email

Based on this thread, it looks like if your interviewer has started making calls, you will get a phone call whether it is from your interviewer or Dr. Hutcherson, or Dean Nicholas. However, if your interviewer hasn't called anyone, it looks like you'll have to wait until decisions are posted online.

I was accepted yesterday and the email (which I also just received) says to access the portal which then has the decision letter.

The more important question is whether every person who was called has now received an email. That would indicate that they've sent out all acceptances. People who've been accepted: did you get emails?

that's a huge waitlist... assuming they accept ~200 initially, and interview around 1000, they're basically rejecting very few.....

well this will just make me feel extra sad if i'm rejected which i probably am 🙁

Sorry, I hadn't replied to people previously. Though I guess it doesn't matter much anymore since the emails went out.

But yes, I was accepted. I did not receive a call though if that helps anyone.
What I was referring to before was the fact that I actually already knew for a little while. (I'd rather not discuss the details of how for privacy reasons, but it was unusual).

waitlist as well.... i'm overly happy about this since i was so sure i was rejected

i think waitlist emails are getting sent out over a longer period of time, so definitely don't despair if you haven't gotten anything yet
