I've had that happen before. Eventually it worked for me. Try clicking the button a couple times

.... no I added like 7 already... im wondering if i should write a decent size description or just put my title during that activity...

I agree, I tried really hard not to re-hash some of the elements I had in the primary. It was tough. There were some unique questions towards the end, though

Seven?!?! Aren't you only supposed to add the most important activities that you had? Even though I have a bunch of activities on AMCAS, I thought I was only supposed to list the most meaningful ones here.

I've got 10 listed.... :shrug:

If an activity is less meaningful, then drag it down lower on the list

EDIT: On my status page I still see "Application is NOT ready" even though I received an 'under review' email
 
To those still waiting for a secondary: I called admissions, and they are still in the process of reviewing primaries to send out secondaries. So they are still coming!

I put "n/a" and didn't answer.

I did talk about a challenge I have overcome in another prompt.
 
Still no secondary today. Anyone receive one today? When I called, I was told they would continue to be sent this week.
 
This secondary is pretty much the same as UCLA's.

LOLOL are you also calling all the other UCs that haven't sent you a secondary????
 
Only applied to two, and the other one I got when they sent all the rest. I'm probably being irrational, and I've accepted that.

Let me know if they tell you anything, I still haven't gotten a secondary either.

Who is complete here? It says they got my LORS but it says my application is still not ready.

I called and asked about mine yesterday. They said it has been sent to review. One its reviewed, they Seneca secondary. She said they are working on them. So no worries to those still waiting for a secondary.

That's good to hear. Did they mention if they would send a rejection notice if they weren't going to send a secondary or if they do silent rejections at all?

goodness, this secondary is SO LONG.

for the most important honor you received question...is it based off the honors we received in college? I interpreted it as just the most important honor received in my LIFE. not sure if I'm just interpreting it too much though...

any thoughts/clarifications?
 
I am getting anxious having not heard back! I do not mean this in any boastful way but my goals as a physician are almost identical to the schools mission! They passionately discuss the need for more Primary Care physicians in the Inland Empire. My personal statement clearly shows i want to go into primary care as a latino american and work in the inland empire, the city i was raised in!!! haha And Im an alumni from UCR!! Its one of my top choices by far! I know its still way early, but im getting nervous haha!

From their admissions requirements on the website:

Three to five individual letters of recommendation are required. These letters may be written by a premedical advisor, undergraduate faculty, mentors or any individual of your choice. UCR will participate in the AMCAS Letters Service for the 2012-13 application year. Please visit https://www.aamc.org/students/applying/amcas/faqs/63226/faq_amcasletters.html for more details about this service. Letters must be original, signed documents on institutional letterhead, and be submitted by Nov. 15, 2013.

I applied last year and it said that from the time I submitted to the time I was rejected without ever receiving an interview offer. Other schools have it too. I think it's just a placeholder, although the "yet" is deceiving.
 
Is anyone complete here yet? It looks like they have all of my LORs received but it says that my application is still not ready.
