I attended UCR's open house this past weekend and they claimed that they are MCAT-blind. From what I understand, they have a strong preference for applicants who are service/community-oriented and from diverse backgrounds. They didn't say anything about IE-natives, but it's well known that they have a bias toward them haha
If you're mission fit, you'll probably have a good shot!
The academic warning will likely harm your application (general advice), but as far as I know, if you demonstrate growth and maturity, it's not completely over 🙂
