They only do 1 date at a time I believe.

I.e., it will only show you the option of 1 date--likely because the other 2 were already filled. If you think about it, they're pretty short notice if they're just now giving out IIs to people on 1/24, 2/7.
 
Long time lurker here.. just wanted to share that I interviewed 9/6, still no good news, but when I spoke to the admissions dept. via phone last october, they told me there are ten rounds of decision that go out. Guessing that that's probably pre-waitlist decisions, and they update accordingly after that.

I emailed again. Julia said she would try to finalize things tomorrow, but she put me on for the 29th tentatively.
 
So I think we all got punked, because I haven't gotten an update today. Haven't heard a peep since being given hold status on December 19....many crickets over here....Anyone else in the same boat?
 
Yeah, I had a feeling that would happen, but just be patient everyone! We will receive our decisions soon enough! 🙂
 
I wonder if we'll hear something tomorrow, considering it's one of their interview days, and the staff is probably working tomorrow 🙂 Good luck everyone!

Considering they accept ~200 students total (off the WL & immediate acceptance) based on information they gave us at our interview--and I think they've had ~7 interviews so far.. so maybe 100 or so? There's no really way to know this
 
It would seem weird to only have an acceptance go out, when with every other round of acceptances emails were sent out telling people they did not get accepted but were still under consideration. You sure it was Tucson they were accepted to and not Phoenix? (Unless of course I have missed the part where others did get the not accepted yet email on the 14th)

I haven't gotten an email since dec 19th

I haven't seen any acceptance emails since December. I'm going to login and check there though.

Yes, I'm sure. Maybe because the application was for the MD/PhD program?
 
No idea personally but that would make sense with regular applicants not having any notifications. I just know a lot of people are stressed and waiting. Hopefully there will be some communication soon for all those still waiting.
 
I'm starting to worry about the lack of decisions! Lol this must be a tough batch to decide from!!

I was actually just looking through the old forums looking for a hint of when we can expect decisions. Last year they send out a round of acceptances Jan 18th.

lol... And I'm just going to hold onto my previous belief! We must be a hard batch of applicants to choose from! Everything will be okay though!

That is a great way to look at it. I need to tell that to myself that is the reason for the delay.

I understand your pain. Every time my email rings my heart skips 5 beats but then it ends up being a Facebook birthday alert 😉
 
New email, another deferral. Here's to another month and a half of waiting! Cheers to everyone :xf:
 
I was also put on hold.

Based on last two years, they're about 10 days behind schedule. Next round of acceptance/hold would be approx. Feb. 20 I'm guessing.

Do we know why they're behind schedule? Any particular reason? I wish they were as transparent as Downtown Phoenix, it would be handy to know exactly what dates their decisions are sent out, so we have some sort of a timeline.
 
Hey everyone, so I am STILL on interview hold. How many interview dates are left? Because I feel like I'm a goner at this point.
