Based on last years thread and other NC school threads from previous cycles, it looks like acceptances from Brody slow down once they have given out enough offers to fill the class (75-85). I wish they would relay how many acceptances have been confirmed so we would have an idea of how many actual spots were left. I know it's unrealistic, just dreaming over here.

Edit: forgot to add that although it seems offers slow down once ~80 offers are out, chances for acceptance once you've been waitlisted are apparently pretty decent.

Nope. Mine still has the "Evaluations are complete. Your application is cued to go before the Admissions Committee. The timeframe is undetermined" message. Not sure if I've even been brought up in the meeting. Prob forgot about me

Do they have to have 80 offers out by today? On the UNC thread they said today is the day class size quota must be met...is that for all schools?

Yeah that's for all schools. I think at their last update they had offered 78.

That's standard I'm almost positive, I have it too. ECU just keeps reviewing you continuously until they come to a decision. There should also be a date on that page of when you were Kat brought up in an adcom meeting. Not sure if they keep this 100% updated or not though

It says it was updated yesterday (3/14). Last time it had something different said (2/1... evals are complete,etc). Okay that makes me feel better...I was like c'mon just say yes or no already

Yeah mine still has a January date haha so I'd say you're in better shape than me haha! Rooting for us both

My status is still the same since 1/27/2016 lol cued to go in front of admin. Timeframe undetermined. Hopefully someone will eventually review it!

• Received 1020 AMCAS applications
  
• Received 932 Supplementary applications
  
• Interviewed 500 applicants (interviews completed for 2016 cycle)
  
• Made 84 offers
  (Generally it takes 120-135 offers to fill a class.)

Just keep checking this thread everyday, wondering if anyone has heard anything.....starting to think that this waiting game and solitary confinement have similar ramifications...........

Does anyone know if they've started making a waitlist yet? I'm guessing from here on out it will be rejection or waitlist (please correct me if I'm wrong)...or do they still give out straight acceptances?

On the website it says it take 120-135 to fill a class and they've not met that mark yet. I think acceptances will still be offered.

I interviewed 1/28 (last day of interviews...WOO) and my status just changed to you've been reviewed, no final decision yet...looks like they've reviewed pretty much everyone at this point, so hopefully we will get some movement in the next few weeks

Hey all, I spoke to admissions recently and have some info that may interest those of us still drowning in silence post-interview. Apparently most if not all decisions will be out by the end of next week. Not sure if this is a hard cutoff or not but that's what they said. Hopefully this means a little closure at least for those of us who have been going mad since Sept/Oct.

It's something like 50-60 on the WL and a dozen or so pulled off if I recall correctly, somebody with the motivation to login is welcome to correct me thought

Again the wait list is not ranked and every time a new spot opens up they review all the applicants again, I called the office yesterday.
