Does anyone know if the greyhound or peterpan bus that goes to worcestor stops near UMass med? Trying to see what my options are besides driving.

Can anyone describe what the MMI was like? I'm wondering if you can take notes while reviewing the cases beforehand. Also, are there stations where you work in groups? This will be my first MMI, so I'm not totally familiar with it.

I'm not sure about the buses, but you could look at taking the Commuter Rail

The bus goes to Union Station, which is not that close to UMass. There are sidewalks along the route, however, so it's possible to walk (I'd guess ~1 hr).

I e-mailed my thank you to Brenda; she said we could use either her e-mail or the general admission one, and that we could address it to the admissions committee or the MMI interviewers in general (no need for specific names).

At the interview they mentioned that the adcom meets on Fridays, and that decisions go out as soon as they're made

It took UMass 8 months to get back to me - it was absolutely one of the most frustrating things I've dealt with in my life, but this place is AMAZING!!! If you get in, go here...people are extremely friendly, there are tons of opportunities and IT IS 100% PASS/FAIL (P = MD yall). Shoot me a message if you have any questions and good luck with this cycle!!! 🙂

I just sent updates to the admissions committee (letter of interest) via email and the PI I work for emailed them to support my app as well. (I work at UMass Med as an RA)
