Possibly, but the woman I spoke with last week said they don't always send them out in the daytime. Some batches could go out in the evening or nighttime.

Of course, there's always the chance the tweet was just them trolling us......

WHY DO THEY SEND AT NIGHT? There's no way that someone is there til the wee hours.

lol maybe they actually sent 2 batches in the morning and that's what the tweet is referring to.

I submitted my secondary and fee on June 26th, but they didn't receive my rec letters until July 15th. I'm honestly impressed with that turn around time!
 
ahh I guess it's good that I don't have to worry about this again until next week.
 
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you two. It's still very early; I'm sure it's just a matter of time until you get your invite!

I was verified 7/18 any I have not received a secondary yet, should I be concerned? Do they pre-screen or is secondary sent to everyone?

I got mine 10 minutes after i was verified, so maybe give the school a call if you don't see the secondary in your junk email.
 
Just got an MD-PhD interview invite! First one, super excited 🙂
Also surprised at their speed: submitted a secondary ~1 week ago... how quick are other schools with their turnaround time?

Hey guys, I have a question. A paper of mine just got accepted for publication and I was going to send a citation to schools (not yet in print but I have a doi number). Do you think I should send a copy of the paper that was published or is that too much?

There is a link to send updates to U of M. No one is going to read the paper. Just put in the citation, and what your contribution to the publication. Congrats on the publications, that is a true feather in your cap!!
 
Got my secondary as soon as my primary was verified about 10 minutes ago. My stats just barely hit their 10th percentiles so maybe this means there's hope for me yet with U of M! (Probably not but a man can dream, right?)

Is there a chance to apply if my AMCAS is still waiting to be verified?
 
II!!!!!! First one of the year! Verified 6/30, LizzyM ~80, but my letters have not been sent in yet...
