I don’t think there’s anyway to knowHave they reached the 50 person quota yet?

They said they had sent an initial 50 acceptances during our interview, but they understand that they will likely have to send 100-150 total. My guess is that they have sent close to 50 or barely over. At the minimum, I would guess they will likely have to send another 50 to fill the class. Could be worse.Have they reached the 50 person quota yet?
Good info. Thanks! They said they had sent an initial 50 acceptances during our interview, but they understand that they will likely have to send 100-150 total. Nothing specific except I received an email from nova's enrollment and student services dept, saying they've received my FAFSA.has anyone accepted received any sort of correspondence about financial aid besides the scholarship info we're all waiting on? just making sure im getting all the emails because some of their emails end up in my spam box for some reason
When did they send out that email??Nothing specific except I received an email from nova's enrollment and student services dept, saying they've received my FAFSA.

Ranked internallyis the wait-list ranked? or first interviewed first served?
Good info. @Yasuo on top of it, as always! So just to clarify for those accepted, the NSU MD scholarship doesn’t require an application. HOWEVER, the other 3 do. Here are the scholarship form links:

Do you mind me asking when your interview wasGot dat wait list.
Just withdrew my acceptance, I hope it goes to one of you!
Their interviews end April 16, so Im assuming they've either already finished sending out II's or are wrapping that up this weekIs this school still sending out interviews or do they do silent rejections pre II?
Second this. I may call in a bit if no one has an answer. Would like to get off this waitlist please!Does anyone know if this school is responsive to update letters/LOI?
So does that mean the next 2 interview dates are probably interviewing for the waitlist? They indicated in the waitlist email that they would accept additional information (i.e. letter of interest, updated transcript). Not sure if they are receptive to this information pre-II or how much they would really matter at this point since you are given a score/ranking after your interview already.
It also seems like they have filled the initial class / number of acceptances already and are just waiting for people to choose a single acceptance before any waitlist movement begins (my 2 cents)
Yeah I am thinking of the same thing since we are given a score and ranking for the waitlist. They indicated in the waitlist email that they would accept additional information (i.e. letter of interest, updated transcript). I was in the second interview groupCongrats! When was your interview?
Is it possible that only those with other MD acceptances are getting scholarship offers?
Isn't that what the multiple acceptances report is for - that schools that have accepted you can see what other schools have accepted you? I think it came out on February 10th this year.Definitely not. Schools can’t see what other acceptances you have. They appear to be going on order of interview/acceptance dates.

I don't think it gets used to decide scholarships, though.
Yes, you are right. Through the AAMC multiple acceptance report, any school (MD) that has accepted you can see where else you have been accepted. I do think this probably plays a role in many scholarships. That is to say...I think you can get a scholarship even if you only have one acceptance, but having more then one probably increases the chance of getting offered something. In my own case, another school where I was accepted offered me a small merit scholarship immediately after the AAMC report came out. It could have been a coincidence...but I'm inclined to think it was not.
Can anyone comment on the interview format? I know its MMI but is there a longer station with a more traditional interview or what? I just really do not know how to prepare for this.
Feb 10th. Besides for that, the national acceptance report was released April 1st, which allows any school (regardless if you have been accepted by them) to see your acceptances.Offhand, do you remember when the multiple acceptance report came out? March 1?
