Congrats everyone who's been pulled from the WL! We're gonna have such an awesome class!!! Leases typically seem to start in July for Mt. Pleasant, I found mine by poking around on apartments . com. Anyone who wants to bring pets, keep in mind the Health Professions Apartments building is not pet friendly, but most other places seem to be.

I received my first A of the cycle this morning from CMU off the WL!! I’m so happy. If it wasn’t for SDN in the last few months I wouldn’t have been sane. Thank you for being a community for support.

I wouldn’t stress too hard about this. There’re a lot of admins/current med students trying to sublease/sell books/offer support and all that jazz!

Not everyone in the group is class of 2025 -some are current M1's through M4, admin...

For my last and most recent update, I sent a short, polite email to let them know that I uploaded it to the portal and to make sure it got received on their end. I didn’t do it for every update because I didn’t want to harass them, haha.

Could any current students comment on the Foundations courses? Was the content covered in them way more detailed/in-depth than undergrad courses of similar content? The course descriptions make it sound like they're meant to get everyone on the same level science-wise since it says something like "not everyone comes to CMED with the same background in science courses," so I was wondering if it was meant to supplement for people who didn't take micro/A+P/genetics/etc in undergrad?

I don’t really know where our class stands in terms of how filled it is, but until you get an email stating the cycle is closed, don’t lose hope!!
