Did the people who didn't get a road to matriculation email attend/watch any of the previous road to matriculation zoom meetings?

Do you guys think there will be less acceptances off the waitlist this year since there was an influx of applications/interviews nationwide?

I wouldn't think so, unless they increased the number of the waitlist spots beyond 100 this cycle. At least I'm hoping that's true🤞

I wonder how many of us that were just rejected just now were in the group where we hadn't heard anything period this whole time.
I’m pretty sure everyone who didn’t hear back for a while was rejected today. Quite disappointing given I knew this was the case because I was lining it up with last years thread, and I called admissions a few times the past couple weeks and I would get the same answer (no) even when I asked if this meant a silent rejection. Like I just wish it didn’t take this long

It's honestly beyond frustrating and infuriating. Why hold us if we're all a no at the end. Just tell us no right away so we can focus on improving our application for the next round.

Exactly, like the next cycle opens may 28 I believe and I personally didn’t get the hint that I was possibly rejected until I checked last years thread. I didn’t think they would hold off post II R this long

Rejected today post II. Interviewed 2/19. Was not put on WL. This was the last of 3 IS schools I heard from post interview and no love from any of them. I was accepted to a school in NY so looks like that’s where I’ll be headed. Kinda disappointing not to be accepted in my home state.

Does anyone have any recommendations for MCAT prep? I've been told blueprint and anki but any other suggestions are much appreciated! That's the only issue I can think of with my application.

Did you receive the road to matriculation email?
I think everyone who was rejected today did not receive the road to matriculation email. I don't believe it was a glitch, they had already made their decisions and took us off the list but just didn't inform us. Honestly, that is quite crappy of the school to do it like that. Where is the respect for the many months we've been waiting to hear for a decision?

Just wanted to say good luck to everyone that is still waiting. I know the wait is hard and this cycle been stressful. I hope everyone ends up somewhere where they will be happy and successful. And if you have to reapply then dont give up. Your application is only going get stronger from here ❤️❤️
Sending everyone good vibes 🙂

I know Tuesday’s is the day CMU usually releases decisions, but do we think they will release more this upcoming week?

Does anyone know if there are any Facebook groups for those who are accepted to CMED? I'm still on the waitlist, OOS, but just curious. I'm waitlisted at another school that has a FB group, so trying to speculate how many spots may be open. 🕵️‍♀️😅

I've actually been doing this same thing for a couple of weeks now 😅The group was posted in here way back, but it's called CMED Class of 2025 and currently has 80 members. Fingers crossed for some more movement today!
