You guys mind sharing your stats? Mine was completed on 8/27 with the call. My sGPA 3.6, GPA 3.7 with 505. I am missing my last prof letter but they told me they will review and try to get the letter in as soon as possible. I wonder if they are looking at higher stats in the 510+ before people like me....
we have pretty much identical stats and i was accepted here 🙂 i was complete in july i think.

I have a 3.56 GPA, 3.3 sGPA and 501 MCAT and got an II! There's hope!

For those getting IIs, was it an email or did they call you?

Complete 8/25, GPA 3.9, MCAT 518, silence ;( Have very minimal volunteering though, probably holding me back from II at many schools (but I had to work through undergrad so not much time for any EC's). Also, I didn't realize they wanted me to elaborate on the "where did you hear about osteopathic" question so all I literally wrote was "I've scribed for DO physicians at my hospital". F.

They likely just think you are overqualified for DO and would not pick them at this point in the cycle. Think of the silence as a sign of respect.

Haha thank you! It sucks because while I'm applying MD/DO, I really don't care if I do one or the other (it's just a label for Pete's sake). I genuinely believe in the principles of osteopathic medicine and want to work with underserved urban populations. Soooo any school in which that is achievable is fine with me.

LM 73 8 MD interviews much fewer DO interviews. No DO shadowing. They don’t like applicants who did not shadow DO and prob going MD

i just called the admissions department and they said my applcation was complete but i never got an email saying that? anyone else with the same?

For those of you who have interviewed, is it a one-on-one interview? Open or closed? I haven't received much information and there is limited information on the website.

Mine was a 2 on 1 interview, but I believe they said that it could be a 1 on 1 for some people. I think it was open file, but most of my questions were pretty standard. I prepared using the SDN questions and that was helpful!

Everything they said is correct one on one or two on one and open file!
It was also very, very low stress! Both of my interviewers were very nice. It was back to back questions for me, but some students said their's was more conversational. Be ready with some questions to ask them about the school in case you have additional time at the end of the interview! Good luck 😀

I second this 🙂 My interview was 2 on 1 and was more back to back questions, but don't stress! You know your story better than anyone else and if you have genuine reasons for wanting to attend the school and for why medicine, you'll do great! My interview was fairly short, like a little less than 15 minutes, I don't know if others had a similar experience

mine was closer to 25

Mine was a total of 25 minutes, but it was like 15 minutes of questions and then 10 minutes of just chatting with them. I asked them a few questions and it helped prolong the interview time. I think it's a good idea to try and get as much information in as possible. I also wanted to touch on a few things they did not ask me about so at the end of mine, I asked them if I could add something, which I suggest you do if you have important updates or things about your application you want to share.

Does anyone know if Nova is still going to send R and WL by mail this cycle?

Does anyone know on average how long they take to decide post interview. I interviewed in the middle of sept

Submitted secondary on 7/1, got the call that my application was sent to office of admissions on 7/8, MCAT scores received on 8/17....haven't heard anything from them since the phone call. Anyone else with late MCAT scores hear from them regarding II?

I saw Nova sent pre-II rejections through the mail in last year's thread. Has anyone actually received one of those yet?
