Congrats! There are places all over within a 5 mile radius from the school. Bala Cynwd/Wynnfield, Manyunk, East Falls, Germantown are close neighborhoods. As far as the price tag it depends on what you consider affordable. Having a roommate or multiple roomies will definitely shave off the cost so you should be good.
They accept updates like work and activities but I don't think they accept a letter of intent. I sent them a letter of interest along with my work updates

I don’t believe so, but it doesn’t hurt to call and ask. I’ve seen applicants from previous years send it in after calling.
I think it's anywhere from $11-15 a month. Nothing expensive. If you have a car a lot of auto insurances will bundle renter's insurance into your plan. Check with your auto insurance. Otherwise Google: Lemonade Renter's Insurance.
Based on the numbers on the accepted student facebook page, I feel like the class is full right now. I also think that because this was such a competitive year with applications being up we might not see as much movement because more people are probably holding onto their spots BUT that's just me trying to rationalize! I'm still hoping we see at least some movement soon!
Yeah I was sort of thinking that as well but hoping it was not true. That is highly possible though. Fingers crossed that we hear something soon, not giving up hope just yet.
