There was an email (to the VT gmail they had us set up) a few days ago saying the financial aid package was ready! You should be able to see it by logging into your "Hokie Spa" account.

Has anyone heard back about the IMPACT scholarship yet? Or do we think that would have been included in the financial aid package?

I thought we received the FA info like two weeks ago via email link....like if there is nothing mentioned about IMPACT, it's probably we didn't get it....that's what I understood...you could also email the financial aid office....

Yeah I think they said we would’ve found out at the end of March so if we haven’t heard, we didn’t get it

Anyone know when active status pool will hear back? Based on the most recent update email it seemed like we would hear back in the first half of April but it looks like in the past years people heard back at the end of April. Anyone know anything?

Received an email just now admissions stating that they have completed the final round of voting and that my application is on their “relatively short” active wait list. And that acceptances are likely over the coming months.

No way to know. The past two cycles no acceptances off the waitlist have been reported on SDN. Every year is different! Especially this cycle

Not a student here, but read that exams are NBME-based and there are traditional lectures in addition to PBL.

I emailed about this and it’s not binding. VTC doesn’t have a mandatory CTE date

There's a scholarship for someone who literally is the last person to be admitted into VTC. I would call their fin aid office, otherwise though. Glad to see there is movement.

My guess is there will be some (a little) movement into June as other schools' CTE dates approach and accepted students accept other offers.

I figure the chances of a spot opening up are fairly low at this point, but since they don't have a CTE deadline I'm clinging onto the tiniest bit of hope haha
