I was complete 9/14 and did not enter experience review until 11/3. Completed experiences review/under consideration for phone interview on 11/9. Haven't heard anything since but this thread has been pretty quiet about phone interviews and virtual, so I'm just going with the flow.
At my 11/20 interview, we were told that they are less than half way through interviews. I imagine that is for virtual interviews, not phone, but either way it’s an optimistic statistic going into the new year.

Possibly factor in extra wait time for completion because of Thanksgiving break?

last year they didn't do post phone interview rejections until the spring when their interview cycle wrapped up

That’s how I’m feeling. I had a phone II in November and II in December. This year I had my phone interview the first week of September and haven’t heard anything since.

I did mine mid-November and they told me I'd hear back 2-3 weeks. Almost 4 weeks now. RIP

Mine was more about myself and experiences. There really isn't a way to prepare for it. Just stay calm and take your time to answer. Jot the question down on a paper to keep yourself on track.
