You could send either a letter of interest or a letter of intent (please understand the difference before doing it so). Those are always a helpful way to update schools about your situation while reminding them that you are interested.
 
Does anyone know when they usually send financial aid info for those fortunate enough to have been admitted?

It’s looking like the people who got the hold email never got the prelim review complete email.

Is it weird to get the "hold email" and then a bit later get the "First phase review complete" email? I'm confused about the order of these processes lol

When were you complete? I didn’t get complete or hold

Honestly I’m not sure that the order is the same for everyone. I wouldn’t read into it too much.
 
I still have not gotten the complete email. Just that my first phase is complete lol.

You’re definitely in the majority. A lot of schools just ghost anyone they don’t want to interview until the very end so honestly no way of knowing if they love you or hate you until the very end of the cycle.
 
Has anyone received an email confirming your interview after the admissions office called to schedule one? I have not received anything yet.

They'll send you an email with the Zoom information. That essentially acts as your confirmation.

I received the zoom info 3 days after the call so don’t stress if it hasn’t been very long.
 
For those who have been accepted, how long from your interview were you informed?

I didn't send an update. I don't know the date of my interview yet. The email says I have moved to interview stage, but the office will follow up with the interview date (probably after their Virtual Admissions Day).

Hi! I am wondering the same thing. I was accepted in December and they said they would send out financial aid information but I have not received anything yet.

The date in the initial email is the Virtual Admissions Day. Someone in the Office of Admissions will call you to schedule your actual interview.

I saw that Hackensack requires one letter of recommendation from a health-care professional ( doctor, nurse, P.A,etc.), but none of my letters meet that requirement. I had a letter from my Genetics Professor, Human Physiology Professor, Writing Professor, and Principal Investigator ( under whom I do clinical research and act as a clinical research coordinator and see clinical subjects).

No, if they did not like your selection of rec letters, they would not have passed you to the interview stage. They sent emails to people who did not meet the health-care professional requirement. I think your PI is the thing that counted.
 
Anyone have trouble contacting the adcom? I have a question about my app and called and emailed last week to no response

Haven't heard back from my interview yet, but the fafsa would be good to submit if you haven't.

do you know what the area code was and was it from the Dean of Admissions? I got a call from hackensack today but I couldn't pick up due to work. They left a voice mail saying they'll call back in a week or two but they didn't say what the call was about...

Hey everyone! I got the call from the dean on Friday afternoon (interviewed 11/30) and I'm super excited to finally have that first A.

I haven't been able to find any sort of group for accepted students so I figured I'd make a GroupMe that y'all can join if you want! I've been looking at housing options in the area and ya boi is definitely going to need a roommate to afford anything. If something like this already exists just give me a heads up so I don't cause any confusion!

We have completed the first phase of our preliminary review of your application. At this time your transcript and course work are being reviewed to determine if you have successfully completed our requirements. Please note, pending courses are acceptable as long as they appear on your AMCAS application or you provide registration/course schedule. Please allow 2-4 weeks for this process to be completed.

YUP!!! Well October but yea. I emailed them probably 3 times and no response. Gonna take that as a R probably
