Has woodruff gone out?
also wondering this - also I'm assuming no, but is there any chance of getting this if you come off the WL?Has woodruff gone out?
it did!Has woodruff gone out?
There’s a financial aid FAQ on the portal that said applicants accepted from the waitlist do not get merit aid — correct me if anyone has different information though!also wondering this - also I'm assuming no, but is there any chance of getting this if you come off the WL?
I don't think we'll get any waitlist news until June per their FAQ unfortunately, especially with the FAFSA delaysI know it's pretty earlier for Emory to be pulling from their waitlist and their waitlist movement is historically low, but has anyone on the waitlist heard back?
I think you answered your own question there(Maybe a dumb question) I have completed Organic Chem I and lab. I am planning on taking a gap year and completing organic chem II and lab (fall) . However, I will have received my secondaries (summer) before I have completed this requirement. Will I be thrown out of the application review despite the website saying that courses have to be complete before matriculation.
Pretty subjective question, but is it worth it to apply here as an IS with an LM of 69? I am not sure if Emory is a more holistic school or weighs stats higher.
I asked the admissions committee on May 29th, and they said that they are holding slightly more than usual class size. I don’t know if that has changed since I last contacted them. From the looks of it, I doubt there will be much movement.Any movement so far? I know it's still early
Oh wow - are they offering them anything?Update for those who don’t know— Emory is looking for 10 students to defer their start to next year. Seems unlikely that they will be pulling from the waitlist this year.
1 year free tuitionOh wow - are they offering them anything?
Thank you for this update!!!Update for those who don’t know— Emory is looking for 10 students to defer their start to next year. Seems unlikely that they will be pulling from the waitlist this year.
Lol no chance for us waitlisters then—it seems they over-accepted. Well I'm happy with where I'm going, but congrats again to everyone committed to EmoryUpdate for those who don’t know— Emory is looking for 10 students to defer their start to next year.
