+1AC. Has anyone here gotten an A after only being on active consideration for 2 weeks / after only getting the email once? Trying to see if I actually have a chance on 2/11 or if this is going to be an endless cycle for the next few months 🥲

I saw one who got off AC here, not sure how it was last year. Hoping people with multiple offers decide soon which might open spots for all the AC

First year class size is 130 (College of Medicine – Phoenix class of 2028 gets white coats.) but I am also interested in knowing how many they offered last year. Presumably at least 191 if they offered 181 for 120 seats, but maybe a few more depending on the A-->matriculation conversion rate. Either way, I'm assuming right now to be safe that the class size will stay at 130, so there will be approx 191 offers made / 52 left to make with the 139 update.

Aren't they done interviewing here? So if we don't have an II, a rejection is inevitable right? Just trying to mentally prepare myself lol

Super laid back. Pass/fail units (get A on one test and F on the other in the unit and still pass overall). Nice facilities. Most live close to campus. Strong student interactions and atmosphere since it’s not ranking system. Plethora of study materials.

I had an in-person interview, and it went really well. The dean was pretty awesome, but I think he is getting ready to retire, and in his place the two interim deans spoke to us. Great impression, and great eats in Phoenix. We did some simulation lab stuff and got free merch. Folder, pen, and notepad. Ton of hospitals and unique spots in the area to get training at. P/F super smart people, easy to get into research, and only downside I could think of is no on-campus gym. I have notes from the interview day I could dig out later if you wanted to know more.

Current student here 🙂 just want to correct a little- Our COMP head dean is not retiring, I think you may be referring to our dean of admissions who recently retired.
While there isn’t an on campus gym you can get a membership at the student price for ASUs gym a few buildings over, I personally haven’t utilized it but know others who go this route. Most apartments in the area have pretty robust in house gyms.
If anyone has questions as it comes time to make decisions feel free to reach out!
