Mine seemed pretty quick. I submitted my secondary video on 10/6 and received the II last night, 10/14.

When did you become complete?

I’m not sure about the soonest, but I’m assuming as soon as a week or a “couple” weeks. But for me last cycle, I received and submitted Noorda’s secondary in November and got an interview in mid May.

The interview with Noorda was the best interview I have had so far. The passion and love of Noorda faculty, staff, and medical students truly show! I hope I can get an A from Noorda! I love every minute of my interview!

And to future applicants, not all interviews here are relaxed with no questions like most people got, I got drilled during mine with probably 10 questions. So keep that in mind and prep accordingly.

From what I’ve heard and seen, if you get WL rn, it’s quite likely to get off of it and get the A, especially as we get closer to December. People will drop their A here at Noorda and go somewhere else which will allow WL to move a lot!

Yeah I wonder if the only people who posted on here are the ones who got accepted? Either way we are still early in the cycle and I am grateful to have even received a WL! Especially considering my not-so-great stats. Lol

I can’t speak as to how many stay nearby but I do from speaking to 3rd and 4th years that students are able to do rotations in out around Provo. Some rotations are even set up in Salt Lake City (about 45 minutes away). There are also people who go far (sometimes close to home) to do rotations and admin will help to facilitate that

Just know you’re not alone! I cried but realized it’s not the end! Not a rejection ! Also heard there’s lots of waitlist movement for Noorda ❤️ you got this!

From last cycle, I’ve heard there’s quite a bit of waitlist movement especially this early on. A lot of people will give up their A here and go elsewhere which will allow waitlist movement

it was very laid back and clear that they’re honestly just trying to get to know you. it was my first interview, but the nerves went away when i realized how welcoming everyone was! be yourself and you’ll do just fine. good luck! 🙂

If all accreditation plans go as expected, then federal loans will be available starting next school year. Admin have been very transparent and working hard to make sure accreditation happens
