I will say that I had very similar stats to you when I applied and I received my II in the middle of October. They do get a lot of applications and they take the time to go over an app to make sure that an applicant is fairly evaluated to determine if they should receive an II.
The overall med school application process is a bit of a crapshoot as the way applicants are evaluated can seem to be a bit random, but PCOM does look over each applicant to make sure that not only are they ready to take the next step in becoming a physician, but also if they would make a great fit to the school itself. It takes time, but everyone is evaluated fairly. If you have any questions regarding PCOM, feel free to DM me!
