in aacomas it says pcom start date is summer 3, looking at the calendar the third summer session begins June 30, 2025. is this the new trimester change? hype lol

I believe in 2025 they are starting a new system and the summer start date is early may. I could be wrong but that is what it looked like to me on a brief search

I will say just sending an email that says we have a decision and then making you login to the portal to view it made me so nervous!!

Interviewed irl 9/4.
Basic stats: Non trad 4k hours as an RRT 511 MCAT total cGPA 3.3 (but most recently ~100 credits from AAS and post-bacc college courses was a 4.0) some research no pubs good LOR's and decent writing.

Super excited this is my top choice DO Program!! Good luck everyone

Mine was by email! Maybe some people a may portal update before the email was sent I’m not sure.

I spoke to admissions and they said they've received everything from me but with the influx of applications, they are doing their best to evaluate apps.

I will say that I had very similar stats to you when I applied and I received my II in the middle of October. They do get a lot of applications and they take the time to go over an app to make sure that an applicant is fairly evaluated to determine if they should receive an II.

Hello! Current second year here, wanting to give you some reassurance. I had very similar stats and didn’t get my interview until November. I was accepted in late December. I have plenty of classmates who didn’t hear until after the new year. I know the wait is the hardest part of the application but don’t give up hope! There’s still time for interviews to come.
