Has anyone got an interview invite within the past few weeks? I'm hoping they plan on sending more invites sometime this month.

I also have not heard back, portal at 6 bars and around 7 weeks
 
Been complete since mid-July and radio silence (been at 4 bars for what feels like forever haha)...does anyone know if they are likely to give out IIs come the new year? Any IIs recently? stats are pretty on par (3.6, 504) and lots of research/a few pubs/decent clinical experience. thanks 🙂

I'm hoping interviews are given out after December 14th, when the first deposit is due to secure seats (for everyone who was accepted before November 15th, at least). Students who don't place the deposit will forfeit their seats, and the school will most likely have another batch of interviews soon. I also have been waiting at 4 bars since the end of July. 3.7 gpa, 509 MCAT, research and volunteering done with Philly hospitals.
 
I’m a current student and I can guarantee that they will give out IIs in the new year. Most DO schools keep interviewing until April/May and many of my classmates were invited and interviewed in the new year. I was accepted in December and that was pretty early for most of my friends. Don’t give up hope yet, it’s a marathon!

LOL These are annoying but just for you I will try to clean up the ones on this page.

For @futurefrenchdr and anyone else posting using the Tapatalk app to post on SDN, try deleting it and re-installing it to get rid of the odd emoji barrage on your posts.
If this doesn't work, try replying to posts without quoting the previous poster.

To the people who are accepted and have their deposits due today, after we paid the $250 and did the technical standards form, we are good to go until the April $500 deposit right? Just wanna make sure I did everything right 😬

yes, I think they'll be sending us more info on the other acquired stuff like the background check as time goes on
 
hey everyone!! I’m an M1 who just took an LOA due to personal reasons, so i’ll be in your class next year! I just wanted to say I received my II in late april 2024, interviewed mid may, WL about 2 weeks later, received the A on july 19ish, and matriculated in august! Obviously things might be a little earlier this year due to PCOM starting earlier, but they really do go down to the last minute. I know people who got off of the waitlist during the first week of classes. Feel free to send me a DM with any questions about anything & can’t wait to start (again) with you all in june!
 
Can somebody let me know if this is a silent rejection??I interviewed with PCOM GA on 10/25 and I haven’t yet heard from them…it’s been 8 weeks 😭😭

definitely reach out to them! around the holidays they tend to move slower (friend of mine waited almost 3 months to get an A). express continued interest in the school. best of luck!!! <33
 
Does anyone know how this new academic calender works? What day do new incoming students start for 2025 to 2026?

I know someone else asked but I was also wondering how long it takes to hear back with a final decision once you’ve gotten to 6 bars? I interviewed a while ago at this point
