Just noticed a “Post Interview Survey” and “Video Release” in my portal under the interview tab. I have been checking my portal semi-regularly (maybe the last time I looked was ~1.5 weeks ago) and didn’t notice these before. I don’t have any record of an email saying to complete them after the interview or remember seeing it in the interview presentation. Being neurotic premed…is this counted against me/should I acknowledge it by an email to admissions or just complete them and not think about it again?

Haven't gotten an rejection or interview yet... Do you think I should send a Letter of Interest? Really want to attend Wayne!

How long until people that interviewed tend to hear back about decisions? I recently interviewed and was hoping to have an idea of when to expect their decision :p

wow thats a quick turnaround. Im glad for you. I finished 08/05 with a 511 MCAT but an abysmal science GPA (took all sciences in first two years which were also my bad academic years)
 
Anyone accepted receive the packet they said we would receive in the mail?

Looking at last year's thread it took until November 11th to hear news after interviewing in late October, so about 2-3 weeks

I heard back pretty quickly. Interviewed on 9/27 and heard back 10/17.

yeah but they never said anything about early november interview emails and also all the other dates from last years thread have been completely unpredictive of this years release schedule so im optimistic it will be before the 11th

He said the faculty interview went really well, the student interview he accidentally made the interviewer laugh so hard they had to stop for a few minutes, and the MMI he thought was only 6 out of 10. Not quite a bomb, but bomb adjacent?

So hey, if you need that extra oomph for your interviews, try amniotic fluid and horchata lattes. ;)

Does anyone have a guess as to how many other interview invites they will send out considering they've already sent out (at least) 940 on their website? Trying to gauge where I stand in terms of my chances as I sent submitted my secondary on 8/29

They have about 400-500 interview invites left.

are you able to practice in Canada after completing DO in the US and do you have to write exams in Canada to do so?

sorry for not actually answering your question but dont canadian physicians get paid way less? what would be the reason to do this?

it is as my family is there and I am not sure if I would be provided a green card to stay in the US
 
Well, November is tomorrow. I hope those who did not receive decisions in mid-October and received the "still under review" email will have some good news in the next 7 days.

Anyone know if the tracker is accurate? It's been the same for a while now, I wonder how outdated it is

It is pretty accurate, in my opinion. They haven’t sent an II or A’s recently so not much to update right now.
 
Let’s be scared together lol. Someone create a chat on SDN for those who haven’t received their interview decision.
