I do like the comms but I don't understand the variability... I submitted 7/5, experience review 8/1 and nothing since. Obviously just a game of patience, but it seems like submitting early may have delayed me a little here haha

yeah i agree i don’t really understand their process either i saw ppl get moved instantly to review and it took me several weeks

Same here. Submitted 7/10 --> Experience Review 7/29, and Experience Review is still marked as not yet complete in my portal.

Last year, it looks like NOT everyone got it. So its a good sign, but not a guarantee of a phone interview.

Last year I moved to the consideration for phone interview stage and then got a pre-II R about a month later haha, so I think it’s random

dont stress yourself out too much, its still INCREDIBLY early in the cycle

They have only sent out one batch of phone interviews and will continue to do so for many months. Meaning, you can be in this status for many months.

Most people get secondary --> SOME who apply get experience review --> SOME move on to consideration for phone interview --> 800 receive a phone interview ---> 400 receive a virtual interview

it's basically a myers-briggs test. just dont pick the answers that are obviously bad and you'll be fine
