Well considering that I'm waitlisted at Albany, I'd be appreciative if you went with Buffalo 😉
Speaking more seriously now, I think I'd go with Buffalo as it's cheaper and more importantly you said you felt more at home there and liked the city more. You're going to be studying at medschool for the next 4 years, you should definitely go where you feel like you'd be most comfortable, but that's just my 2 cents.
