CSU does have a great repro program! funny enough I thought before I took equine reproductive physiology that I would hate the class.. and I didn't want to take it. Now I have peer tutored and TA'd for the class and do repro clinical research with the professor of that course, who would have thunk? life is crazy, and we never know where we will end up. What interests you about repro? are you a mare or stud person? maybe both? ◡̈ Nice to meet you! fingers are crossed for you as well!! the cost is tough, you are so right.

I was the same way, but my entry into repro was through undergrad research! I started off volunteering in a reproductive physiology lab, and I didn't think I would like it as much as I did, but I became so passionate about reproduction in both animals and humans. I think it is amazing the power that we have to create more life, and everything is possible because of living things! I feel like I get a childlike wonder and amazement when I think about it, and there is so much more that I want to learn.

I agree with you though, I never thought that would be my interest. It's always good to be flexible and receptive to whatever opportunities life has to offer us! I have been able to relax a lot more in the past year by letting myself roll with the punches, which has been especially helpful with this admissions cycle.

Best of luck to you! I am so excited that we will have our answer from this school so soon. It's been a long time coming.

its been so hard to stay positive throughout this process especially when the nos keep rolling in. the suspense is killing me
 
After looking at past days they send out results I am thinking Monday or Wednesday.... maybe :/
 
Does anybody know what time they normally post decisions? I thought I saw someone say something before about 5 PM in the school’s timezone but now I’m not sure lol

I was worried that we could potentially wait beyond January, but someone said that they emailed admissions and they confirmed late January, so next week is IT 🥳 Should we expect to hear anything on the weekend?

I have friends who heard news from other schools very late at night on both weekdays and weekends… even as late as 10pm. I think it is possible on the weekend, but more likely to be next week! My eyes will be peeled this weekend for sure, but I’m betting on Monday or Tuesday!
 
Just submitted my fafsa and got this “CSU anticipates beginning to communicate financial aid offers by late January for newly admitted undergraduate students and veterinary medicine students, and late March for continuing undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to keep close watch on your email for any updates related to your financial aid.”

Strange. Last year they released decisions in first week of Jan and the fafsa email said financial aid will be out Late April I think this could be a typo in their email this year bc late January for financial aid makes no sense the fafsa isn’t due until after that

Each day that goes by drives me to a more crazy place.. exponentially.. I’m so afraid. I’ve worked so hard to get here.. I’m so afraid of a no. And my other school won’t have decisions until March. Whatever happens this week, if you or anyone else here wants to keep in touch for support or even some guidance as to how I was able to gain a seat this cycle, I'd be more than happy to do that!! Whoever reads this, I see you, and I'm here to help in any way I can, whether that be sharing stats, essays, etc., or even a pep talk. The road to get here was challenging, but staying in the fight was the best decision I ever made. I am absolutely hoping this is YOUR year too!!🩷🩷🩷

This might be a silly question, but does everyone also see an upload materials after the application checklist section in the portal? I don't think I've seen it before, but I could just be misremembering haha

Omg I have that too!
 
Last year it was showing up for people who were waitlisted applicants or accepted applicants but it was never confirmed if it was ONLY on those peoples portals.
