Eh, just seemed like a bit of an overreaction. But I can see how the other conversation around him (even though there hadn't been more votes placed) could have looked like it was leading to a bandwagon.
As for the other stuff
AM:
Accidentally left out Paws's response to AM's first question and it's too much work to go grab it, but Paws basically said that she was referring to the fact that Allie had pointed out FS did something allie herself did as a wolf. Which...duh. Paws made that obvious by quoting allie's post.
I've called AM out in the past when she was a wolf for not doing her usual question asking - not 20 questions but legitimate ones - and to me this read like her just trying to come up with a reason to ask a question. There was no further information she could have gained from asking it.
I quoted her other response to Paws too because it was just...odd.

I think I talked about this before, Jil's response about STL asking why AM found ny's vote for LIS interesting.
This set off alarms for me both because Jil should know by now that STL asks people questions like this all the time to see where their thought process is, but also because despite her saying the reason the vote was interesting was "obvious," she and AM gave two different reasons. And I didn't think the one she gave was obvious at all.
