Technically what's the rule with the tuition deposit deadline of 5/15? Can it be postmarked on that date or does the adm office need to have it by then? If so, I need to overnight it tomorrow....can anyone clarify to spare me the trouble of fedexing it?!😱

Depends on the school. I haven't given my school a penny yet, but some schools want the $100 or so dollars when you accept their offer and then a tuition deposit (probably around $1000) by May 15 to reserve your spot. I am sure if your school wanted this they would have made it very clear so I wouldn't worry about it.

The schools to which I was accepted required that the deposit either 1) be received within a few weeks of offering the acceptance (usually these were refundable) or 2) be received by their office no later than May 15 (these were usually non-refundable).

I would definitely overnight it 🙂

I did end up overnighting it and then called to let them know. They said it's fine and to send them an email noting that. So if anyone has the same issue, don't freak out like I did, lol.
