Could any one give a suggestion which school should be my pick between Jefferson and Georgetown?

Georgetown radiates prestige. Also, DC >> Philly

Jefferson's in a great area in Philly. I feel like I've heard a lot of negatives about Gtown, but everyone I've met at Jeff seems to be very happy. They're both good schools, so you can't really go wrong.

Georgetown is ranked #48, Jefferson is ranked #57, hardly much of a difference.

Jefferson also has very strong residencies in a number of competitive specialties. Only downside is, Jeff is $50936/year.
