Thanks!! Unfortunately the interview days they have offered all really suck because they're either the week before finals or during finals week. Picked the least crappy option, but its still gonna be rough

Interview was really as conversational as it could get, be ready to answer the questions why DO and why KCU right off the bat, and after touring the school, I really loved it. Kansas City is also such a cool location, enough to do something interesting, discover awesome places, but not a crazy major city. Best of luck to everyone!
Had an interview 10/3/15, got acceptance exactly 2 weeks later, and I think I'm pretty set on KCUCOM. Ahhhhh!

Have you had cold brew iced coffee? KC has so many awesome coffee shops, must try The Filling Station if you cime back for acceptance day.

I haven't--I always find it weird drinking cold coffee unless it's a frappucino, in which case I feel like I'm having a dessert more than a normal drink. I've heard KC has good food! Is there a day where students can go to check out the campus before white coat ceremony?--is that what you mean by acceptance day?

I think access to labs is easy but it is so hard to do research with this first year curriculum. i do not know anyone who is actually doing any research (bench work at least) who is in the first year. and rightly so, research wont be an excuse when you fail an exam and thats the last thing you want.

Its ok, the coffee is too acidic for my taste and roastarie coffee is mediocre compared to The Filling Station! just my opinion!

No clue. I have a feeling it's much more sporadic than it is consistent due to the fact that we are still in curriculum and administration overhaul in many ways even though the curriculum started last year.

Last year they had one day in November and another day in March! I haven't heard anything for this year yet so they might just be doing one big day in the spring 🙂
