Yesterday the only dates available were dec 1,3, 8, and 10 and I am assuming that's all there will be before the holidays

Interview on Thursday...for anyone whose had an interview already, was it open file? Sorry if this question has already been answered.

Reluctantly withdrawing my II from here - wish I had the funds to check out this amazing school, but already accepted to the DO program in my home state. Hoping it goes to one of you!

For anyone that it may help:
Secondary 9/18, II 11/3, OOS, LizzyM ~65.

Congrats and good luck!

Interview was really as conversational as it could get, be ready to answer the questions why DO and why KCU right off the bat, and after touring the school, I really loved it. Kansas City is also such a cool location, enough to do something interesting, discover awesome places, but not a crazy major city. Best of luck to everyone!
Had an interview 10/3/15, got acceptance exactly 2 weeks later, and I think I'm pretty set on KCUCOM. Ahhhhh!

ACCEPTED!!! Interviewed 10/13! Decision came at 5:20 pm EST so never give up hope!

Congrats and see you here next year!

Also I love Cafe Verona but much bigger fan of the Casi Di Cielo blend! - previous sbux barista 🙂

Have you had cold brew iced coffee? KC has so many awesome coffee shops, must try The Filling Station if you cime back for acceptance day.
I haven't--I always find it weird drinking cold coffee unless it's a frappucino, in which case I feel like I'm having a dessert more than a normal drink. I've heard KC has good food! Is there a day where students can go to check out the campus before white coat ceremony?--is that what you mean by acceptance day?

I think access to labs is easy but it is so hard to do research with this first year curriculum. i do not know anyone who is actually doing any research (bench work at least) who is in the first year. and rightly so, research wont be an excuse when you fail an exam and thats the last thing you want.

One of the student ambassadors said this word for word at my interview! (11/3/15)

yes there is! they should tell you when that date is!

Anyone knows how much the class has already been filled?

Anyone have an idea when the Accepted Students day is and that's separate from the White Coat Ceremony right?

Does anyone know how often and when admission committee have their meetings? I was told to wait 4 weeks, so I'm assuming they only meet once a month?

No clue. I have a feeling it's much more sporadic than it is consistent due to the fact that we are still in curriculum and administration overhaul in many ways even though the curriculum started last year.
