Just wondering. I haven't either but there has been movement at other schools so I wasn't sure. Was august the first time interviews were offered or was that when they were first scheduled?

When I applied two years ago, I got my interview invite on July 30th and interviewed on the first date, which was the second Friday in September.

I have already received an II from LECOM. As far as I know, they are the only school who has sent out invites.

When did you send the verified app to LECOM? I haven't even received the secondaries yet.........................

I was verified on 5/31, received the secondary on 6/23, submitted it on the same day, was fully complete on 6/24, and received an interview invite on 6/28

Just submitted my II yesterday! When I went back to check, it only showed me the 2 questions that I answered and not my attached CV. Is that the same with everyone else?

Hey you can find your resume/CV on the top left corner if I remember correctly. It is above the first essay.
 
Does anyone know if the character count for the secondaries this year includes spaces or is 1500 character limit not including the spaces?
 
For those that already completed the secondary, is it a minimum or a maximum of 1500 characters?

AACOMAS verified 7/6, secondary received 7/7. Should have secondary submitted around 7/12. Really excited about CCOM! Good luck to everyone else
 
How did you guys answer the "why should we accept you into THIS year's class" I need some help!!!

I talked about why I'd be a good fit for their school/mission and the qualities I possess that I feel will make me a successful medical student.

But how did you address their "this" year, like why specially this upcoming year and not say 2 or 3 years later...
 
Anyone else submit the secondary but not receive a "complete" email as did with AZCOM?

Just email them they are prompt with replies.

They told me that I should have received a completion email but they told me that I had everything required in order to move farther in the process.

Also was notified would receive feedback on possible IIs in approximately 60 days.

@getfat , After calling, did they eventually send one out to you?

Any one else on here get a confirmation?

I did not receive any official "Your app is complete". It was just a response from one the admission coordinators replied and said my app was complete.

That was good enough for me but they noted that I shouldered received this complete email.

I received an email thanking me for submitting my supplemental Application and that they would be in contact for a possible interview. As far as a "complete" email, I didn't get one.

I didn't even get that. I did email though and they said that everything is complete and I should have gotten an email. Either way, everything is in and they are about to start the review process shortly.
 
How many pages should the resume/CV be? One page with main experiences or two pages with all relevant experiences?
 
I just got a text from my dad saying I got mail from admissions...does anyone know what this may be? Id ask him to open it but Im thinking it may be a rejection 🙁...might want to do that myself.

It's most likely a hard copy of an email they sent you regarding applying to their school. CCOM likes to mail hard copies of some of the emails they send to individuals.

I got mail from them a while ago inviting me to complete their secondary...I'd already completed it, but they snail-mailed me an invitation as well, so it might be that.

Thanks guys! Thats all it was, I don't know why I thought I was rejected.
 
So I didn't get a completed email....but the application status on the portal is "completed"...so who knows

If you aren't sure it doesn't hurt to email. I had a complete portal as well but I emailed admissions and they confirmed my application was complete.
