If you got accepted to PCOM you might as well but if not I'd keep NYITCOM on the list!

If I had gotten into PCOM prior to my NYITCOM interview, I wouldn't have attended the interview.

Nothing.. reading through last years thread gave me anxiety about this. almost everyone that heard after break was waitlisted.

I did the same thing yesterday and it was SO scary. It looks like they didn't start pulling from the waitlist until June

Well, on last years thread, it seemed like it only took 4-6 weeks or sometimes even less than that. This year, it is taking 8 weeks so my guess is that they are behind.

Actually there were many complaints last year of it taking them up to 3 months to get back to people! I think both years they have been behind, two years ago they were great with getting back in their time frame

Either way, I just hope that everyone that hasn't heard back yet isn't placed on hold. I sure don't want to be on hold....

I thought they sent Snail Mail, EDIT** I think you meant if we call, Next Monday I hit 8 weeks so I'm going to call them then!

Just got a phone call from the Jonesboro campus inviting me to an interview......but I only applied to the main campus. Has this happened to anybody else?

yeah happened to me. They are done interviewing at the New York campus. I think when you apply to NYIT you apply to all locations

I am not entirely sure so don't quote me on it... but yeah, from the sounds of the lady who called me for an interview yesterday it appears so. That, or either they didn't think I was good enough for the NY campus.. lol

I highly doubt it. There has been many people who applied to the New York campus early on in this cycle and received II at Arkansas months ago.

I think they just got behind with the holidays, they were off from before Xmas until this week! I called on Tuesday about something and they told me they were all on vacation, don't lose hope!!

lol the latter half was just a joke!

What it means is I am unsure why they only offered me an interview at the Arizona campus... one plausible conclusion is because they didn't think I was a good fit for the NY campus. Another plausible conclusion is that the NY campus has already filled their seats.

Arkansas you mean hahaha...now they have an Arizona campus...all sorts of rumors! Lol

So after briefly reading thru the thread, do the AdComs decide which campus you get an interview at or is it possible to get both (i.e. are they independent AdComs?) any luck for people asking for preferences?

I believe they decide on one. Someone stated before they applied to new york but got a II at arkansas. They called after receiving the II at Arkansas and asked for New York. They said the II would be forfeited and there is no guarantee if they will get a II at new york.
