I've been on the whale watching tour in Monterrery. It can be a bit of a let down. cold and wet even in summer, and not much to see... unless you get lucky ..

We spent most of the trip huddled inside with not much to see, then got lucky and saw whales lunging/feeding on a school of a fish that dolphins were herding and feeding on at the same time.

So maybe you are better off at home......or maybe not...........
