Jacobi rejection as well. Have any interviews gone out for Stony Brook or UNLV?

I also got rejection from Jacobi and an invite to information session on 10/02 with UNLV. I’m thinking everyone who applied got that email. I’m hoping for another wave of interview invites with UNLV as well 🤞🏼

Good luck everyone!

Got interview invite for Jacobi back on the 17th. No others yet. Hoping for more this next week since most interviews are held end of Oct/ early Nov.

How many letters of recommendation are we able to submit on our PASS application and do they all need to be from DA's? Also wanted to ask about on average how many shadowing hours should be expected on an application?

You can submit up to 5. I don’t think they need to be all DAs, but it’s good if at least one is from a DA.

Got Jacobi rejection and illinois acknowledgement. Toronto interview invite for Nov 4th

NYU Langone: Oct 29 or Oct 30 (in person interview) notified by phone call, Info session via zoom on 10/10

Stony Brook: Oct 31 or Nov 1 (virtual interview) notified by email, info session on 10/30 via zoom

Hope everyone got great news from the programs they were hoping for! Good luck!

Does everyone get link to info session or only those who got interview?

Any updates on Ohio State and Illinois Masonic?
Messaged a resident at OSU and he said he doesn't think the director sent out invites...

Does anyone know how the Wyckoff program is now? I remember it not being so good a couple of years ago

Wyckoff: Nov 13 (in person interview) notified by email

called masonic on Friday, they have NOT sent out interviews yet.
Likely same with OSU, but not 100% sure about that.
if anyone knows, please let us know!

Does anyone have a list of schools that don't require the CBSE?
Seems like more programs require it every year. What applies to this cycle may not apply for next. Probably best to check their page for updates

Just take it. Why would you limit yourself to the very few programs that don’t require it, when there are so few spots to begin with. Programs want highly motivated applicants (the ones who want to get in bad enough that they’re willing to do everything they can, i.e. take the cbse)

Yes!!! Even schools that don’t “require” it still take it into consideration and will notice you didn’t take it.

As in, OSU submitted interview invitations and denials already or not yet?
Sorry for the confusion. I meant Masonic just sent them out this afternoon. I asked the coordinator at Masonic and she said they send out both interviews and denials.
I’m not sure if OSU has done so yet. I don’t know if they do both or just interview requests

Thank you, do u know when the latest to write the CBSE is normally (since there's only Feb and July dates)? is it July 2025 for 2026 entry?

I took mines July 2024 to apply for this current 2025 cycle since it’s the latest you can take it since PASS app opens around late May-ish.

I received an OSU invite today! Virtual interviews on Nov 12.
Congrats! Didn’t get anything on my end. They’re prolly all sent out now at OSU
I guess that’s a wrap for me this cycle 🥲🥲
