It was me who mentioned the character name of snowy not making much sense to me. I would invite @SnowshoeDog143 to reveal her role name herself but I think she's at work or something? Either way - is Player 4 a character, and if so does that tell you anything? I can't find anything on my google searches beyond four player sega games and I think I might just be doing this wrong.

This is a mess (and definitely one that I think will be more useful after we have some more info). But looking over it I think I have to give AM another half village point. She was all over the place at the end of the lynch and I think that leans more village than wolf. Will still be looking at her posts.

LIS staying out of the main action is odd, and then popping in two minutes after lynch to call me sketchy when it seemed like he wasn't quite caught up on what was going on...hmm. I could see the first part being because he was busy/just wasn't around but he was real quick to jump on the lynch dubz train without even acknowledging that I had given a reason for my switch.

Timing clarification: @vetmedhead when exactly did snowy reveal to you?

Interesting. So if snowy is a wolf, I’m going to be looking really hard at AM and cyndia. So maybe lynching snow will give us the most info.

I will also add that snowy told me her role name 2 minutes before lynch but I don't know how I feel about it. Googling wasn't overly helpful for me in learning more about it and I didn't play much Sega as a kid.

Care to share? I mean her ability is out, might as well put the role name too. (If it is already out, sorry, I missed it.)

Honestly, no. I cannot think of any games where there is a character named Player 4, except for maaaaybe a couple multiplayer games, but that's a stretch and even the stuff I'm thinking of would be like, "Player 1, who plays the character ____"

Additionally, the original genesis system only supports two controllers. Looking into 4 player genesis games, because I think there's an adapter out there that allows attachment of more controllers, but overall, the claim does seem weird to me.

Someone else correct me if you know something I don't.

My ability was stolen last night. Snowy has claimed to be the ability thief. I think my ability is a lynch avoidance but...heads up that I might have been wrong about that because I'm stupid and the wording was more specific than I realized.

I may have ****ed up in any case, but I suppose we'll see...

No, I don't think so. More that AM jumped in at a convenient spot. Saw genny had info, made sure to get on the lynch early. I don't think it was a coordinated thing with genny.

I agree with you on the AM voting. If she had jumped on right after genny because of wanting to test out what genny was hinting at, I would have been more okay with it. But doing it because britz just 'skiving her out' just felt off.

I am voting for her for the reasons I stated yesterday, which had nothing to do with her ability. She was totally up my *** yesterday for what I feel are weak reasons that are stretching at best and I just feel like she was trying really hard (like a little too hard) to have legitimate reasons to lynch me. I know when I wolf and I have the behind the scenes knowledge of who is village vs. wolf, it's extremely hard for me to lie about thinking people are sketchy and I think Snowy was either grasping at straws to make me sound sketchy or it was just bad villager tunneling. She's not voting for me anymore so..meh..but I'm not willing to just forget about my feels from yesterday and her ability reveal does not make me feel any better.

I also agree with this... She backed off of me after my short reads list yesterday. I should probably be happy with that lol, but I totally admit I've been unexpectedly quiet because of a busy week, and so any normal villager would probably still be sketched by me.

Jilary - With the addition of the possible slip just now (updating my reads in REAL TIME guys!!) I am very comfy with going this direction.

Hey I did what I could. But overall there wasn't very many people on our tie and by the time I got back online to defend, no one wanted to switch last minute. Revealing my ability would have just made people want to lynch me more thus I didn't want to. But I took a risk to trust vmh last minute, because I was going down anyways.

Just want to say that if you are doing this and you are a wolf, then I am going to give you mad props after this game simply for sheer effort of typing all this **** up.

@Jilary when you get back to the game, in order to avoid a mass reads post as an attempt for village cred, I would specifically like your thoughts on VMH, AM, and SP.

I just posted my thoughts on Am during my last pg 18 update. I have SP pretty village. I would have thought if she was a wolf that she would have dismissed my mayor nomination for her, which I admit, was something I planned to keep an eye out for, plus I would think our mayor would have been checked out by now. I guess in some bizarro world I could have accidentally nominated an unseereable wolf, but, heh, what are the chances? (Sorry, I had to say that! VMH is neutral. I’d like to go back and look at if snowy said anything about her reads on VMH after she stole her ability. If snowy is village and suspects VMH has a village ability, VMH would be low on her reads list, if it was a wolfy ability, well then why didn’t she push that lynch? And then she (snow) revealed to her (VMH) which I guess she was between a rock and a hard place, but still seems dumb. If snow is a wolf, then I guess I could see her listing VMH as sketch or village.

Gives us no indication it would have been a double kill. It could have been simply Britz submits names and gets a yes or no from the mod. Also if one wolf has that ability/goal to seek people from their franchise what makes you think others wouldn’t?
Also nice try but my info on the double kill is rock solid. (And before you ask Genny no I’m not saying how I know)

I honestly didn’t go back and look (I’m still on my phone and catching up while making and eating dinner), I remembered it as britz got an extra kill, I’m old and stressed, sometimes I remember things wrong. I also probably should try not to post so much from my phone, and actually go back and look at things, but honestly, that’s not going to happen.

I'm a little hesitant to post full lists now due to all my village leans being murdered two games ago, but since I'm up for lynch I figure I might as well get all my thoughts out. I didn't finish ISOing everybody pip, LIS, AM, and meats I went off of memory for now because this was taking forever and I felt that I recalled their posts well enough to place them in categories.

Jilary - There wasn't much here for me initially, even though I kind of liked some of pip's analysis (was part of why she was on my first list). However her post-lynch comment on the tie yesterday set off big alarm bells for me and I couldn't figure out why until I read it again. I am almost certain that the last time she was a wolf she made a very similar comment under very similar circumstances and with similar timing, on a tie that resulted in two village deaths. I realize this is pretty weak and I need to do a little more digging and parsing things out here, but it's one of those things that just immediately tripped my wolfdar. With the addition of the possible slip just now (updating my reads in REAL TIME guys!!) I am very comfy with going this direction. You know, other than the discomfort of making it more likely that I'll get lynched instead.

Cyndia - early game posts were weird. this could be due to drunkenness. however, wolves can be drunk too (grumble), and i haven't been impressed with her contributions since, which isn't abnormal, but then again, her being a wolf isn't abnormal either. Wolfy column until proven otherwise.
vetmedhead - neutral leaning wolf is my gut feeling, but I do need to do some more work here
LetItSnow - Neutral leaning wolf. He can grumble at me all he wants, and maybe I'm just a little more on edge in his direction because of last game. I'd like to see an update on the reads he posted previously. The early blocking by a probably wolf blocker does give me pause, so i did a titch of rearranging from my earlier list
Frozenshades - he's always in my neutral pile until I eventually decide I can't take it anymore and lynch him. This game is no different. The fact that he's going to be sparse going forward doesn't make me any more comfy.
Mad Jack - He just got here and has posted...once? No, twice now. No read yet. Lord knows he'll probably get lynched in a day or two anyway.
Melchizedek - I talked about him earlier today. There is definitely some sketch stuff, particularly what I pointed out with his comments on the britz lynch. However the total balance of his posts I think is actually villager doing some behind the scenes things and maybe getting tripped up in his own theories. I'm not sure I want him lynched today.
Animal Midwife - wolfy points for her positioning and statements made with her britz vote, otherwise i don't think i've got anything but village points in that direction. so neutral leaning village
PippyPony - i'm seeing village pip this game, in so many ways. mostly i think if she were a wolf she would have laid low a little more in the early days, knowing how busy she was going to be. I think we're similar in that for whatever reason we do a good job of not attracting suspicion, especially early on, as wolves but are kinda ****ty at it as villagers.
SportPonies - probably ok for ~reasons~.
allieh8607 - I believe her role claim, for reasons that are a bit more than feels. And if she's telling the truth, I can't see that role being wolf.

I get the sketch ability, but I’m actually usually ok with getting rid of ability thieves. It’s an ability that often does more harm than good. I wouldn’t jump on her lynch just for that though. The role name seems super sketch and the fact that she waited to out the name after giving her ability makes me think she had to go look something up. Plus some sketch comments over the past 24hrs and I feel we get more info from her lynch based off my previous comments.

I guess I just think that's kind of a weak reason for people to be freaking the f out right now in the last few minutes before lynch. Like, suddenly it is a ridiculously sketchy thing?

Although actually would probably be fine with a tie there, too.
