i know its still early but im not a fan of a three-way tie at all. most of yall saw that ties seemed to go in my favor in the noob game, but what you didn't see was me screaming/crying/throwingup in wolf chat the entire time while offering everyone up as sacrifices to the mod gods 🤣 that being said, i dont want to vote somewhere just because there's a tie if i dont feel anyone in the tie is wolfy enough to deserve a vote. i am in agreement with True that cubs's comments about people chatting just to fill space is kinda odd given the fact that cubs has posted a fair amount of filler too. and i do also think it was strange that kdswg came in and salt yeeted blue instead of me, when i was literally one of the main people responsible for yeeting them in the noob game and stoat didn't even yeet them out. i dont think i have enough to go off of for a vote yet, but i just wanted to put my thoughts out there. then again, will i truly feel comfortable calling anyone wolfy day 1 with basically just vibes to go off of at this point?? probably not haha

It's super early. Even tomorrow at this time would be early. It's okay.

I will say voting earlier decreases the chance of accidental ties so your vote holding is actually counterproductive to your fear.

How do you feel about Kds? I don't get wolf vibes yet but I respect Samac's opinion (and I get a relieved-to-be-villager feel from her). At this point I feel neutral to noncommittal about most players.

given the fact that kdswg has posted only 3 times, i honestly dont have a strong opinion at all. but from their very limited posts, i have them more of a neutral lean than village. just an oddly placed salt yeet i guess. but i agree that I'm sensing more of a villager vibe from samac than i did up in that great tot chat in the sky during the bowwling game haha

The oddness is part of why I don't want to vote there. Just seems a little too nonsense and more playful. It would be interesting if wolf!kds wanted to start a bandwagon and that was the first bid, but this doesn't seem like the way to do it. Views subject to change if there is more aberrant gameplay than just goofing around.

It's near impossible to start a bandwagon regardless of affiliation unless you intentionally actively encourage multiple people to follow you quickly. Bandwagoning is a term usually reserved for followers.
 
I have a rule for this game that I don't want to play on my phone and I don't want to spend more than an hour on the thread. I will be recusing myself to nondigital existence for the rest of the evening because I have flagrantly defied my own productivity rules today. But I'm looking forward to reading the thread tomorrow.
 
im trying to develop reads for the other noob players because i feel like I'll have the easiest time doing that since I've played with them already. sheltervet isn't really pinging me because even though most of their posts are about the most recent game, i totally get the feeling of wanting to reveal wolfy secrets from your first outing as a wolf haha. and then like i said, kdswg made an odd vote, but im not really wanting to yeet someone based on just 3 posts. stoat is pinging me way less than i was expecting, since i was pinged a lot by her posts in the beginning of the bowwling game, and i saw how people quickly became suspicious of her because of her playstyle in the noob game. not sure how im feeling about that.

Respecting your self control, so this is for when you come back - could you clarify your current read on cubs, and also how you feel about his village read on barks?

See I think my terminology is what gets me in trouble. Barks hasn’t even been here. She did one “village” thing that I pointed out, so as a starting point I can use that to begin to form an opinion. It’s not like shes some hardcore village read. My solid village read category now includes all of Samac, with village *points* or *leans* or whatever you want to call them for several other players.

I just thought since you listed those three (four? still can't figure out where you stand on Bob) in isolation of anyone else that you had feels on them.

Yeah feels toward village. I guess I need to start using the village side of neutral term more. On reread earlier I didn’t like the Bob intro with “ewww” then made a joke about it, but still no significant wolf pings. Although if he doesn’t start arguing with you soon that may change lol

Like AM said, you listed her among the people you had village leans on. I wasn't implying you had her in your darkest of greens.

I have barks village neutral for her immediate cubs vote. She literally hasn’t come back since. So that’s my only barks data point. Per meta, that places her as what she normally does as a villager. Sorry for the confusion. I was also going full power villager last night like I said so I was trying to do maybe more than I should have for day 1.
 
heres what im thinking: im sensing the cubs/samac interactions are v/v and i am also kinda weirded out by kdswg's limited posts. i think its safe to place my vote here, knowing full well that im more than willing to move it if i get a good response from kdswg. i also have to admit that AM's reply to my post saying that voting earlier will help prevent a tie sounds like good logic to me, so that's why im voting even though im not too confident about this.

I like to village read AM day 1 and then slowly realize too late that she’s not. Step 1 is already complete.
 
I'm thinking we may have 2-3 wolves. Does that seem reasonable? I know this is a small group so I'm not sure what to expect. We only had 4 wolves last game with 23 players so 3 seems like a bunch for this game but 2 seems like too few.
