There’s a WW in Michigan

Welcome to Michigan. We hope you enjoy your stay. We’ve brought you here from all over to take a tour of our great state, but recently it’s become clear that Michigan is dealing with a werewolf problem. While our tour guides confer on whether this tour should continue we ask you not to do anything rash.


All roles should be out at this point. Let us know if you didn't get one. Unless your description states otherwise you are vanillager.


Rules and Info:

1. Lynches will close at 10pm EST and night will close at 1am EST (adjustments to this schedule can be made if needed).

2. You can edit posts, just please do not edit lynch votes and do not delete posts. Copy & paste from mod PMs is fine but no screenshots and no direct quotes.

3. If you attempt to use villager code, WZ will personally kick you in the shin.

3. If you think you will be unable to submit your lynch vote or night action, please send in contingencies. Any action taken for non-participation is up to mod discretion.

4. You may start a PM with the person above you that is in your group. This means the first person in the Lower Peninsula should start a PM with the last person in the Lower Peninsula and not with someone on the Mackinac Bridge. PMing is permitted during the night and the day. Please pay attention to any roster changes that occur during the game and adjust your messages accordingly. Please add the mods to PM communications.

5. Please make sure to bold your lynch votes or put them between ###s so they won't be missed. If you tally for us we will love you.

6. When dead please make sure your post is in ****s

We have several noobs and newer players in this game and several have asked me what villager code is since it's in the rules so instead of answering them individually, if someone wants to jump in with a more succinct explanation than I have, you will receive multiple pats on the back.

Village code is when people *cough* @SummerTheLynx *cough* look for inconsistencies in role PMs. Wolves have a different role PM format than villagers so they can be caught that way. It's pretty unfair because it's not something a wolf can ever defend against and will get them instantly lynched if proven.

Non-game related but I just captured a flying squirrel in my house! Am taking to wildlife clinic at school because my cat might have tried to munch him. Such excitement, I felt like I needed to share

UPDATE: Southern (!) flying squirrel has bruised ear but was otherwise BAR when admitted to clinic; they will be checking more carefully for puncture wounds/monitoring for a bit and then sending him to rehab for the remainder of the winter since this species cannot be released into temps as cold as these.

I believe the actual most important state is getting smushed out of the way here.

I enjoy that there seems to be a secret a checklist in games now that requires that we all poke fun at STL at least once a game. Maybe it's because he's gotten all of us good at least once in our lives and we're still collectively bitter.

Yeah idk, I'm not going to try to explain it on his/her behalf. Just was saying that I know I said some pretty weird stuff my first few days of playing (and obviously later/still but we don't talk about those moments), so I personally read it as "probably noob" -- at least for now.

All i was trying to say was that I am personally reserving full judgement on one weird comment from a player who is on D1 of their first game ever, because could be wolf but could just as easily be noob [insert either affiliation].
