School's average NBME, USMLE, CS, CK, OMG, WTF scores have VERY little correlation with a particular student's performance. So, +1, who cares?

Trimodal distribution, mean at 223 for last year. Just remember the more important thing is how much you study for step 1, not what others have scored. This is also the exact reason that the distribution is trimodal.
