Hello everyone! With 2016 around the corner, I thought it would be a good time to start this thread and continue the 2015 thread into the new year! Similar threads from the past have been extremely helpful to me (and I'm sure) and many others. Good luck to everyone taking Step 2 CK in 2016!

Anyone have success using this for Step 1 prep? It looks pretty awesome- I'm almost tempted to use it instead of First Aid but part of me thinks that would be a stupid idea. I just can't seem to learn anything from First Aid in the format it's in- Crush is basically First Aid in paragraph form. HALP

Anyone know anything about the Kaplan practice tests? Not the diagnostic, but the practice tests. There are 2 of them. Are they 3 blocks or 7? Do they give a score estimate? Do they give answers? What about explanations? Thanks

Say a patient has IBD, and also gastric ulcers. Would mesalamine be contraindicated? Because it's a 5-ASA derivative. And I know aspirin would be contraindicated in peptic ulcers. But I got a Kaplan question that discusses treating someone with peptic ulcer disease with mesalamine.
