I got it in London. Btw for the record.... I admit Western is probably easier than U of T. However, their science undergrad program is still pretty rigourous. But they're more fair with marks than U of T imo.

Haven't heard yet, so I might just be building up my confidence by saying this, but I just want to point out that a waitlist at Columbia is not a bad thing. 2/3 of the student tour guides I met on my interview day were accepted off the waitlist, and they said that Columbia tends to over-waitlist people to make sure that those who attend really want to be there (which is silly, because who wouldn't).

Yea i totally agree, just more uncertainty but def. better than a straight out rejection. here is still hoping 🙂

But, just to let everyone know....my interviewer told me that of the ~1100 people interview...300 will be rejected post-interview, and the rest either accepted or waitlisted.

I live in the midwest and was told my regular Columbia acceptance packet would be mailed out with everyone else's in early March (Bassett program acceptance) and it hasn't made its way here yet.

Accepted in PA! The letter is dated March 3. The past few hours have been torture, checking SDN constantly and waiting until I could reach my mailbox. I'm so, so thankful. Good luck to everyone.

Blanked in Ithaca, NY... Looking like maybe only 9/10 on post-interview decisions 😳. Columbia would have been a contender, but I'd live if disappointment strikes again tomorrow. Congrats again to everyone. Looks like a lot of you had C as your number 1!
