Man, I'm surprised and disappointed that Toledo has shown me no love. In state with a well above average GPA and a slightly below average MCAT and they won't even interview me 👎.

just got rejected this morning. no interview :\. feeling a little down since i have a 3.5, 32S (8 verbal) but oos. this is a school that i felt i had more of a chance at, but without even giving an interview i'm a little worried. i did apply late september though, but we'll see how the rest of the schools go.

I'm sorry to hear that 🙁 Do you mind sharing how you heard the news? Was it by email? I applied around the same time as you and am still waiting to hear back.

Yeah, a 3.5 and 32 MCAT is definitely very competitive for Toledo, if you were an Ohio resident you would be golden. I'm just disappointed because this was one of my top choices. I have a lot of family in northwestern Ohio within a half hour drive of Toledo. Oh well, I've already been accepted at Wright State so its not a terribly big deal, but still...

For those that have interviewed... does the day run extremely late? I'm trying to see if I have time to fly to Oregon that evening for another interview the very next day. What do you guys think... too stressful?

You can email Kelly and ask her to give you the earliest interviews, so you'll be done by around 2:30. I did the same thing because I had another interview in Chicago the very next day. Good luck and congrats!

It looks like this year it is taking only 2 weeks for a decision so far. In last years thread it was about 5 weeks. Hopefully it stays 2 weeks.
