I only got moderately terrified at the lack of "OMG CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!" that I've seen on other acceptance letters before realizing that they just wanted us to make sure our phone numbers and emails were right

Well last year, calls started going out the Wednesday of this week (2/11/2015). So fingers crossed!!! And also, based on last year's thread, calls went out for a couple days iirc and they said not everyone got a call who was accepted? Like some got an email only?

ahh this only increases my anxiety!!! I am staring at my phone counting down. I am abroad with a international telephone number so I am assuming they might not even bother calling international phone numbers (again, this is all assuming I get in)!

My interface doesn't even allow me to see the time something was posted (just the date) on any day other than today so I don't understand where people are seeing these times?

On last years thread, one person who was accepted specifically said they "received a call around 4 today", another had said 5. Just basing it off that.

They started around 1 PM EST last year but it really just depends on when the interviewers get around to it.

Not to be a downer but the calls could easily be planned for next week or the week after based on previous years. Might be wise to try to focus on that possibility to lessen anxiety. It's at least the strategy I'm using to try to not go crazy.

It could definitely be next week, but unlikely to be after that. In the years before last, Columbia said the decisions would come out in early March. Last year represented the first year of them saying mid-February, so we only have n=1 for when to expect decisions this year, but unlikely to be much later than next week.

I 100% remember them saying it would be the second week of February, but that doesn't necessarily mean they will stick to their timeline. Things get pushed back all the time and applicants are left in the dark.

That said, I have a feeling they'll call people tomorrow.

Definitely possible! Katz is mostly involved in research/March of Dimes now in his career, so his timing could be different than most!
